The last several weeks have been extremely difficult for my State of Texas…..Explosions, tornadoes, fires, and hail the size of tennis balls. Praying for our neighbors in Houston………

I assume you are a current resident of Texas? Have any more came out the EMT who was arrested with explosive devices in West, Texas? I haven’t read or heard anything else about it, and was curious to know any latest developments.

Texas is strong and will pull through all of this, no doubt about it.

Yes, I live about an hour from West, Texas. Haven’t heard any more on the guy that got arrested, ma’am, but they are all still trying to put their lives back together down there. It seems as though as many folks who feel it was sabotage is about the same as those who believe it was an accident. We may not know for sometime. But you are quite correct….Texans are strong, and we do stick by one another. There was an enormous outpouring of relief aid sent there…more than was needed. Losing all those 1st responders will be a very tough blow for that small community to recover from, though…. Thanks for your concern, my friend…

I haven’t heard anything else, either. I’m just south of Houston. I’ve driven by that motel many times, it’s nothing spectacular. It’s in the Sharpstown area, so not a posh spot. Please remember the families and squad members of those we lost today in your prayers.

          Definitely!

I live a little northeast of Houston but hadn’t heard about this until now, been babysitting the grandkids and they kept the tv tied up with cartoons. I’m sure I’ve driven past that hotel many times, but there’s so many of them I never noticed that particular one. Hope HFD can get it put out soon without anybody getting seriously hurt!

Edit: Five firefighters have lost their lives battling the blaze. May God gather them to His bosom, bless and keep them. Prayers for the family of the fallen.

Praying that all involved are okay, especially the first responders whose immediate reaction is to run toward the danger, always, to save us. God bless them and their families.
