Not an outlier: Patricia Heaton tweets Gosnell is just the ‘less sanitary version of what goes on every day’

Pro-life actress Patricia Heaton took to Twitter to make an excellent and incredibly chilling point: Gosnell is not alone.

As Twitchy reported, an undercover Live Action video showed an abortion counselor advocating and sanctioning infanticide: “If it comes out, then it comes out. Flush it … if anything, you know, put it in a bag or something or somewhere and bring it to us.”

Horrifying. The moral depravity is staggering.

Other Twitter users have been pointing out that Gosnell’s abortion house of horrors is not an outlier.

Bingo. As actor Nick Searcy asked, “What is the Left’s beef with Gosnell? Was he too messy?”

Ms. Heaton has called out the media for its silence on the Gosnell trial. Today, she retweeted props to J.D. Mullane. As Twitchy readers know, he has been tirelessly reporting on the trial.

He also knows that Gosnell’s clinic, where testimony showed babies were born alive and then killed, is not an outlier.

As Brit Hume noted, this is where the culture of abortion can lead. And it happens every day.

Safe, legal and rare? Baloney.

Editor’s note: Typo in the headline has been fixed.

More babies were aborted in 2012 than people died of the following causes combined: Homicide (by all implenets), suicide (by all implements), traffic accidents, HIV/AIDS, influenza, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease. If it counted as a cause of death, it would be third on the overall CDC cause of death list, behind only heart attacks and cancer, and ahead of non-cancer chronic lung diseases and strokes.

    • pajamakat

They weren’t just aborted, they were ripped to shreds, had their throats slit, almost beheaded and suffered unspeakable pain. At least this is all coming out now. This has to stop. But with Obama who knows. He probably gave them the green light.

      • James Rose

He did give them the green light. He voted against the Illinois ‘Born Alive Act’ not just one time but four times. Once becoming President it gave the green light nationally this was ‘hunky-dory’ with him.

      • righthook38

He just ignores it. He has better things to do, you know….like calling the gay NBA player and telling him how proud he is of him, and what a brave thing he did, sharing his sexuality with the entire world and all. Yeah, brave. That’s it.

    • BeccaLeigh

actually it would be #1 if it were included in the causes of death…..there are over 1 million babies killed by abortion every year, over 3,300 each day…..and a total of 55 million in the 40 yrs since roe v wade

  • Red

Nice to see an actress with integrity and a respect for life.

    • therantinggeek

      ^ this.

    • lainer51

yes,it’s a RARE treat…. but in their defense, they can’t be yucking it up and slobbering and fawning at the WHCD AND be expected to follow the “dirty news” as well.

  • Legal Immigrant in TX

MAy the Lord have mercy on all of us.

    • CatHerder

We don’t deserve mercy, we deserve justice for letting this happen.

    • brunodarkhorse

The Lord has mercy, but we just do not accept his grace.

  • CatHerder

Gosnell is a less sanitary version of what I just scraped off my shoe.

    • d schubach

      Your humanism is stunning.

      • 3seven77

        What? Truth hurts does it?

      • Thomas Cake

One has to be human to apply humanism……mmmm I’d say Gosnell is more of a demon!

      • CatHerder

God’s mercy is infinite. Mine is not. You got a problem with that?

      • Sheldon Cooper

You have to first ACT like a human.

  • TocksNedlog

One has to wonder how heavily some abortion clinic workers drink.

    • CatHerder

      Very, I imagine.

    • Gary Freeman

I doubt they are even remotely bothered by what they do for a living. I feel guilty when I catch a mouse in a mouse trap, so I just wonder what kind of monster could butcher an unborn child and not lose sleep over it.

    • ThomasER916

Drinking suggests you have a conscience.

      • CatHerder

Most people do, no matter how vehemently they deny it. It’s what you do about it that counts.

  • Giantfan3

How can she even get a job in Hollywood she’s Pro-Life. I have to say I’m proud of her !

    • lainer51

If her show wasn’t making money, she would be blackballed, but, as usual, greed always supersedes true convictions, even the disgusting convictions.

  • Gallatin

Once again Patrica speaks the truth.

  • Giantfan3

I don’t know how she can get a job in Hollywood being Pro-Life ? I have to say I’m proud of her !

    • jamesben

Syndication of “Everybody Loves Raymond” should have made her more than comfortable for LIFE.
It’s a very valuable cable show which I’m sure made her a millionaire many times over – and great for her – I’m very happy for her success.
She does some producing and has 4 teen and pre-teen boys – so she has her hands more than full.

  • Tanya Barnes

    Patricia Heaton should be applauded

    • ThomasER916

  • ThomasER916

If we did not have the Internet, the Bolshevik media Khazars would have shut this story down completely. They already refuse to report. Why? Because any reporting would draw attention to it and they know the pictures that people would find with a little effort.

  • Elizabeth Taraba

JD has done great work on this…he writes for my local paper and I have admired his work for a long time. I am glad he is able to make an impact!

  • Monica Thompson

You know, one of the arguments the “pro-choice” crowd made in favor of legalizing abortion was that, if abortion were illegal, women would be “forced” to seek “back-alley” abortions by untrained, unlicensed people in unsanitary, unsafe, deplorable conditions and many would die in the process.

  • Momo

In a world where abortion is protected by the Government and celebrated by the twisted minds of the Hollywood elite, how can we be surprised that our world has become a stinking cesspool of horrific violence?

What could be more shocking and against human nature, than a mother ending the life of her own baby?

    Terrorist bombers=evil monsters.

Mothers allowing their babies to be tossed in the trash=there are no words

  • stellatruman

I have to admit that I had NO idea that this type of abortion existed…I am shocked and sickened by it. If only the mainstream media reported this, then I can’t help but think that no person would ever stand up for ” women’s right to choose ” ever again.
This is beyond disgusting. This is Nazi Germany

  • Sheldon Cooper

I used to crush on Patricia Heaton. Her early years on ELR; yes, please.

  • righthook38

These people have no regard for human life, and that’s scary.

  • Mike Peterson

I think she is right on the money….All the time. I love her tweets. Also if its double murder to kill a pregnant woman, then why isnt an abortion murder? jsut food for thought.

  • $24698634

I call shenanigans over the “Trayvon Martining” of the photograph of Ms. Heaton. What is this, her prom picture?
