Tweet like a girl: Sarah Palin blasts ‘DC assclowns’ at ‘pathetic’ Correspondents’ Dinner

Boom! Best tweet ever? That tweet win was a follow-up to this one:

Full tweet via her Facebook page:

Yuk it up media and pols. While America is buried in taxes and a fight for our rights, the permanent political class in DC dresses up and has a prom to make fun of themselves. No need for that, we get the real joke.

Double boom!

Ah, yes. The White House Correspondents’ Dinner, better known as “nerd prom.” While journos squeed, Sarah Palin called it like it is. As always, she is unafraid to call out the lapdog media.

Truth doesn’t suit: Haters gotta hate, natch.

Sigh. Unlike the current occupant of the White House, Sarah Palin does not rely on being “endearing” to the drooling press.

Those who don’t bow at the altar of Hollyweird and who don’t chase lapdog tails loved Sarah Palin’s remark. Call it like it is, baby!

Amen. Fight, and tweet, like a girl, baby!

Palin’s tweet and FB comments were short, to the point, and superb. She hit a Propaganda Ministry which has become a bootlicking supplicant to the Ruling Class. Look how many lefties jumped to the defense of a media that protects the powerful instead of investigating it?

    • nc

She’s our National MOM – Monitor Of Mendacity.

      • oneword

And you think the WHCD should even be happening at all? Rich people blowing smoke up each others asses.

        • http://palinsdirtylittlesecret.blogspot.com/ CovertWarOnAmericansLeaked

          Can’t argue with that.

        • MurphTacular

LOL. I used to work with a couple of those “rich people.” They work at a newspaper, and I know for a fact they haven’t had raises since 2007. And they weren’t well-compensated six years ago … FYI.

          • donzap

I thought as much….they really do deserve some extra compensation…perhaps Obama will find a way.

          • MurphTacular

Hopefully, the economy will continue to improve and advertisers will sticking around. Monetizing the web has proven to be a huge problem for the newspaper industry. And for years, classifieds were a cash cow, but in the world of craigslist, things have changed.

          • donzap

In the world of biased media, things have changed too. Otherwise, why the success of Fox News vs MsNBC, CNN, etc.

          • MurphTacular

There are myriad reasons while newspapers have had a miserable last six-seven years …
Newspaper subscriptions have declined each year since 1984, which is a dozen years before Fox News came along. B) While I’m sure some folks have stopped reading newspapers b/c of ‘bias issues,’ the majority of former readers cite other concerns – they get their news via TV or online – often times by reading the very same publication whose print edition they just cancelled – or don’t have the time to read it, cost, etc.

          • Catch 22

So THAT’S why MSNBC is beating the crap out of Foxsnooze in the evenings in the latest Nielson ratings… look it up if you do not believe me…

          • Thomas Cake

Yes, you boob, and Santa and the Easter bunny are real, and socialism works!! (I hope the sarcasm came across). MSNBC sucks ass soooo bad.

            Tough. Suck it up.

          • TocksNedlog

None of the media people at the WHCD are rich?

          • MurphTacular

Those who are vastly outnumbered by those who aren’t. I guarantee you that. For an example, one of the gentlemen on the WHCA’s board, Ari Shapiro is a 34-year-old NPR reporter, if he makes more than 60,000 a year, I’d be surprised.

          • http://www.facebook.com/people/Marcy-Cook/1001619613 Marcy Cook

And that is 60,000 more than he deserves.

Does Sarah have amnesia? She went to the dinner in 2011 and Bristol went last year. Also, who’s this “our” she’s talking about? Did Ms. Palin get a job outside of reality tv and forgot to tell us?

    • idesign2

Do you have hallucinations? Palin never attended the WHCD, she went to a private party not the WHCD.

      *stupid liberals*

          • cvmoonshadow

Dude after 5 years of dealing with Assclowns we don’t like it when you attack someone without all the facts. Usually after attacks on our country and disasters, out or respect, they postpone things like this to a more appropriate time. You disrespected Sarah who is near and dear to our hearts. She works hard and is a Public Speaker and still draws a crowd and always sells out her events, She is also a Best selling author and is raising kids. All the while she is working hard to get decent conservative candidates elected that will go to DC with a servants heart. Her PAC has a 75% success rate in 2010 and 2012,

The reality show was to show case her beautiful State of Alaska and it was done well. Bristol’s show was after her Dancing with the Stars popularity, a show done for charity in case you didn’t know. Todd did Stars Earn Stripes and is a Iron Dog winner on his own and id you had watched it you would know he kicked butt for, again, charity. Why not let people get to know the real you and not all the crap talk out there with not a shred of truth. I bet you didn’t watch any of them but because of what you have heard and believed you didn’t bother. Have you seen The Undefeated? It is available on Netflix. Learn something about her and then come back and have a adult conversation.

          • Cory

Dang are you Palin’s publicist? My only beef with Palin is, she talks all this noise but when it’s time to step up and run for national office she punks out. Walk the walk Palin. Stop side seat driving and get in the drivers seat. That’s when she will get the respect.

          • ManaMoffa

Yeah you expect her to do all the work while you sit on your assclown
            That’s not a valid beef

          • Cory

My life is good, so I don’t need to get into the national conversation. Here’s the thing she doesn’t do any work to affect change. She just gets money by appealing to a small segment of America which is perfectly fine. But she’s not a game changer. She’s just a chronic complainer. I’ll even give Michele Bachmann credit for throwing her hat in the ring because she actually wanted to affect change and not just whine about it.

          • Thomas Cake

Hmmm…who is that bald headed, obnoxious prick who raises money for the dems? I guess his work is more important! Your life is good, wonderful! So you couldn’t care to get involved. What a loser!

          • cvmoonshadow

No I am not her Publicist but I have researched on my own and have followed and listed to her speeches and read her post for myself the last 5 years since she stepped on the national scene. She has talked the talk and walked the walk from what I have seen and has been leading without a title very well in my opinion. It takes a lot of money to run for office and I think it would have tied her hands in many ways she did the smart thing by not running against the Chicago mob. She needs to have things set up in order for her to be effective in the reform that has to take place. She also has her family to think of and has a special needs child under 10 give her some time she is still young. I think in the mean time she has done a good job of picking good candidates like Ted Cruz and Governor Susan Martinez just to name a few to run in 2010 and 2012, She stayed out of the fray on the Presidential side because she knew they would cheat to win and they did. They are the ones that the Elite Republicans don’t like because they can not control them. She has done more than any other person on the right side has and been successful. Watch The Undefeated and learn more about how she took on the Big Oil and her own party and why they don’t like her anymore than the left does. Open your eyes and see.

          • bicentennialguy

A lot of people would like to see her run for national office, however, reality being what it is, her character has been irreparably destroyed. It would be nearly impossible to turn those who aren’t interested in her onto her. Also, the RNC is not a big fan of Sarah Palin.

          • Thomas Cake

I wish she would run as the Libertarian candidate!

          • Thomas Cake

Punked out!! She ran for the vice presidency! ‘member?…and if the evil libs were attacking your family as visciously as hers, your puss ass would have craweled under a rock. You aren’t qualified to shine her boots!

really wish folk would stop mislabeling it as a reality show. Travelogue is a much more apt description. Enjoyed that show, she was a great pick to host it.

    • Timbet

Sarah Palin never attended the WPCD dinner, she went to NBCs after party as a guest of Greta Van Susteren.

    • Timbet

After the 2008 election Sarah Palin helped lead Republicans to the greatest congressional victory in several generations during the 2010 election with her endorsements and rallies all over the country ;she has endorsed 73 candidates for the US House of Representatives and Senate; state governors and attorney generals. Her success rate is at 69%.
18 out of 20 targets in her Take Back the 20 campaign ; this is a 90% success rate!

Sarah Palin also had a very strong hand in the party’s few successes during this election . Sarah Palin campaigned for constitutional conservatives llike Ted Cruz, Deb Fischer, Jeff Flake, Paul Gosar, resulting in 5 conservatives being elected to the Senate and 32 conservatives to the House.

Sarah Palin has also penned commentary on such topics as the unrest in Libya, the protests in Wisconsin, Obama’s 2012 budget proposal and State of the Union address, getting tough with Iran and standing with Iranians who seek democracy, challenging the specifics of President Obama’s energy policy, the omnibus spending bill, defeating the New START, opposition to state bailouts, tax policy, a message to Republican freshmen in Congress, opposition to quantitative easing, and more.

She has repeatedly been a leading voice—via television appearances and speaking engagements—against the dangers of ObamaCare and the risks of President Obama’s approach to energy.

Sarah Palin worked tirelessly to forward the commonsense conservative agenda she had always articulated and campaigned with and for those she believed best represented the values she believes are needed in government. And she continues her work to help put government back on the side of the people.

    • TocksNedlog

You are correct, of course. She isn’t working.

If you’re working on a Saturday night and you’re not a physician, first responder, police, etc., then I feel sorry you. She really must be bored if she’s complaining about an event that has been going on for decades. Choose your battles Gov. To Alaskans and middle Americans she may look like a hero, but to the majority of the American population she looks very small. She actually comes across as someone that was jealous that she didn’t get invited.

    • Junie3

Oh go back to the dim underground. We work 40-60 hrs a week to feed you, she didn’t mean she was literally working on a Sat night, assclown. She’s smarter than most pols in Washington and has Odrama beat by a long shot in smarts.

      • Cory

Actually I don’t live underground, I live on the top floor of a downtown condo. It would be nice though, I could have a little man cave with a huge television all to myself. Secondly, 40-60 hours a week is cute, I work 80+ hours a week and I’m not jealous of not being invited to the WHCD. It’s usually held for those in the national spotlight, not for facebook/twitter pundits.

        • http://www.facebook.com/oliver.green.5203 Oliver Green

Palin’s tweets were about an inside the beltway annual get-together by people who are mostly out of touch with what the rest of America is going through. This is a bunch of people who act elitist, looking down their collective noses at those who live in “fly-over country”.

          • Cory

Again who cares what DC thinks? I couldn’t give a flip what people in DC think about me all the way down here in Texas. People worry so much about the evil elitists lol. Worry about getting money so you can become one of those elitist.

          • http://www.facebook.com/oliver.green.5203 Oliver Green

But, those so-called elitists are trying to affect policy.

          • Cory

Not for Texans, except for federal taxes of course.

        • cvmoonshadow

After the last 2 weeks of disasters I have to agree it could have been postponed for a more appropriate time. But that is me and I have to agree with her. With the sequester and all, timing is everything. Now is not a good time for frivolities while everyone is hurting. It is like saying let them eat cake.

          • Cory

That’s the thing, everyone isn’t hurting only a few. According to Herman Cain if you don’t have a job, it’s your fault. Stop blaming DC for your problems and worry about making yourself a better person in order to get a job. Government isn’t the answer.

          • sheshell801

In Texas they aren’t hurting as much because you have a Republican gov. who knows how to govern, but there are whole cities going bankrupt, people are losing their jobs due to Obamacare. Please research before you spout drivel. You sound ignorant.

          • Cory

I didn’t lose my job neither did my colleagues in states that fully embraced Obamacare. 30 states have GOP governors so 60% of America should be fine right? No the reason that Texas is doing so well is that Texans don’t blame government for their personal faults. We just find new ways to make money no matter what the government does.

          • wwbdinct

Moron! It’s the people who have jobs that are being hurt by DC policies. The leeches are doing just fine living on Section 8, EBT and Obamphones.

    • Timbet

Sarah Palin is right; she is simply saying what many people are thinking.

The national journal wrote : “Washington, never looks more out of touch than it will this weekend, when movie stars, music moguls, media mavens and their advertisers” gallivant around Washington, D.C., which NBC newsman Tom Brokaw compared to Versailles.”

      http://www.nationaljournal.com/politics/joblessness-deficits-wars-let-s-party-20130426

      • Cory

Is America really thinking that? I was not spending any part of my Saturday night thinking about the correspondents dinner. I was enjoying my wife and friends. People focus so much on what DC does that they forget about their own lives. I really don’t think about DC until tax day when I am very upset lol. Other than that who cares what politicians do, live your life instead of being jealous of some swanky correspondents dinner that nobody watches (although this could be due to it being broadcast on C-SPAN.)

        • TocksNedlog

Thank you for restating and reinforcing Sarah’s point!

          • Cory

If her point is that she is jealous that she wasn’t able to attend the dinner, then yes that’s exactly what I was saying.

          • TocksNedlog

I’m sure it’s mere coincidence that you’re parroting the “she’s just jealous” line.

          • Cory

Actually it’s not a coincidence, it’s just a fact good sir. If I lived in Alaska, I’d be bitter about life also. Totally understandable. She should move to Texas and I guarantee her bitterness will dissipate due to her being in the best place in America.

          • TocksNedlog

Actually, you’re just jealous that you don’t live in Alaska.

          • Cory

Naw, I’m good. I live in the promised land. I do feel for those who live in Alaska, it’s so boring there that they have spend their Saturday nights watching the correspondents dinner.

          • TocksNedlog

That there is a snipe-free comment, yes sir!

            TAKE THAT BACK! My Aunt has lived in Anchorage (Sarah Palin’s “Neighborhood”) for the last thirty-five years, and she LOVES it more than Queens, N.Y. (Another “Base Zone” for Obama), where she grew up. I myself have always wanted to go to Alaska; in fact, at the TOP of my “Bucket List” is a Cross-Continental Road Trip from Key West to Deadhorse and Prudhoe Bay. In fact, I’d rather live there and put up with the cold than live in a modern LibTurdoCrat-Controlled city in the “Lower Forty-eight.” Jawamax 8<{D}

          • Cory

Yes Texas where I live is controlled by the “libturdocrats” lol. I don’t think many conservatives would agree with you. Also seeing how Alaska takes a lot of federal money, they might not be that conservative either. Also comparing Queens to anyplace else in America is an upgrade so that’s not much of an argument for Alaska. If your aunt loves it there I’m glad for her, I’ve never said that it isn’t a beautiful place to visit, but to live there is another story. People there are so bitter and worry about DC, down here in Texas we just worry about how awesome it is to live here.

        • donzap

          ‘jealous?”

    • Kelly Layne

Not jealous in anyway, There is a time and place for everything, just because something has been done the same way for years doesn’t necessarily make it right

      • Cory

So it’s wrong to have a scholarship gala? That’s what the WHCD is. Are we discouraging private fundraisers for scholarships now? Are you sure you guys are conservatives. I feel like I’m the most conservative person on this blog.

        • Kelly Layne

Did I say that No I don’t think I did Don’t put words into my mouth

          • Cory

You said that we shouldn’t have the scholarship gala because the country is hurting. I think it’s a good think private money is being raised for scholarships, better than government giving it out.

That’s what boldness looks like people! Sarah Palin gives us the little people a voice.

And if it were President Romney they would have cancelled it!

Oh wingnuts, is this really the best you can do?

    • TocksNedlog

If it were President Romney, the nation wouldn’t be falling apart.

      • salvagesalvage

Ha! Ha! Yes! America is falling apart! Like how… exactly?

        • TocksNedlog

Yeah, pay no attention to the millions of unemployed, and the hundreds of thousands of new disability claims, and the growing deficit, and the fed buying up debt with money it doesn’t have.
          It’s all good.

          • salvagesalvage

Yes, that all started under Obama and if it were Romney there would be no unemployment and disability claims (all of which of course are lies from moochers right?) and no debt!

            Wingnuts,always stupid.

          • Joe W.

Name ONE thing that Barky has done to help our nation get out of the depression, Zippy. Just ONE thing. Assclown.

          • salvagesalvage

You mean the “Depression” that America isn’t in?

Are there more or less people employed in America since 2008?

Um Less. Are you really buying this crap from the administration. Why don’t you do some actual research instead of listening to MSM don’t take our word for research it

          • TocksNedlog

I didn’t say that. I was answering your question, honestly.

          • Joe W.

Less, Assclown. And there are tons more in the workforce than in ’08 as well. Answer my question Sonny. Name ONE thing that Obama has done to help get us out of our depression. And if you insist on believing we are not in recession, knock your socks off, pal. One in five are unemployed, the economy is stagnant and has been every day that Barky has been in office. We are in worse shape economically since the Great Depression, and there is NO SIGN of us coming out. Not until Kaptain KickAss is gone. His Wookie and the girls, too.

          • TocksNedlog

Neither one of those people will ever be president.

          • TocksNedlog

            You’re right, of course.
Oh, except for a few niggling little facts, such as: I NEVER claimed that this situation “all started under Obama”; I NEVER claimed that under Romney “there would be no unemployment and disability claims,” although there definitely would be a lot fewer; I NEVER claimed that a large percentage of people on unemployment are ‘moochers’, although receiving 99 weeks worth of compensation hardly incentivizes them to find work quickly.
As for disability claims, consider this:
“Since 2003, there’s been a 29% jump in Americans with little or no work experience getting disability payments, according to the Social Security Administration. Over the same time, there’s been a 44% increase in disability claims by people formerly in the workplace.”

Oh noes! People getting money instead of starving on the street!

            Terrible I know.

It’s funny how wingnuts will cheer billions spent on blowing up Iraq but shriek about their fellow citizens being taken care of.

          • Kelly Layne

Yea relying on the government is such a glorious thing isn’t it instead of providing for yourself. No one has said that there are those who need the assistance but it was meant to be temporary not a permanent solution

          • salvagesalvage

Yes, they should only be helped for a little while and then left on the streets to die. It’s how they do it in great places from Africa to the Far East. Now they know how to treat the poors!

          • RememberSekhmet

First of all, the money taken from producers to give to the un-productive is money that the producers can’t use to give those un-productive a job. Secondly, when the dole is a better economic prospect than work, a lot of people find ways not to work. This increases the welfare caseload far, far beyond those truly unable to work. Take away the generous benefits, and wowwee-wow, look at that caseload drop! The well and truly unable to work, I submit, are so few that without welfare, private institutions would be more than able to fill the gap.

          • salvagesalvage

Let to poors starve! They are all lazy moochers!

          • RememberSekhmet

Read my response above. People won’t starve. Those able to work will work, and as productive citizens, they will not starve. Those truly unable to work are so few that the private sector will not be strained in helping them. They also will not starve. Welfare reform in the 90s was supposed to produce starvation in the streets—but whaddaya know, a whole lot of families found work once the government checks stopped being so generous.

          • salvagesalvage

            The private sector! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!

Wingnuts scream about money for the poor shrug at money for blowing Iraqis up.

Bristol Palin attended the 2011 WHCD as a guest of People magazine. Not a smart move Sarah. http://www.politico.com/click/stories/1104/bristol_palin_to_attend_whcd.html

    • Timbet

Sarah Palin never attended the WPCD dinner, she went to NBCs after party as a guest of Greta Van Susteren.

      • Obama Go Home!

But her daughter did. Is she a assclown too? Sarah also attended the exclusive DC alfalfa club dinner that’s held behind closed doors with no media allowed inside. Transparency?

        http://www.politicsdaily.com/2009/02/01/video-sarah-palin-arrives-at-alfalfa-club-dinner/

        • Timbet

Sarah Palin tweeted ; not Bristol. And Bristol is not a reporter.

Do you know the difference between the WPCD and The DC alfalfa club?

Sarah Palin attended a few parties but never the WHCD!

          • Obama Go Home!

Of course I know the difference. The WHCD raises funds for student scholarships while the Alfalfa dinner is a party thrown by the Alfalfa Club (named after a plant that will drink anything) so politicians can mingle with crony corporate executives and DC socialites.

I also know Sarah Palin was still the Governor of Alaska when she jettisoned out to DC to attend the party (Obama and reporters were also in attendance) as a guest of big time DC lawyer Robert Barnett.

          • Obama Go Home!

And she’s being a hypocrite in the process because she herself has attended similar parties and after parties. She should apologize for having attended these DC freak shows.

          • Timbet

Sarah Palin never attended the WPCD. Her tweet was about the WPCD.

Anyway this is about the permanent political class members — and the reporters who are supposed to keep them accountable.

Bristol is not PPC and is not a reporter.

          • Harry A

i agree with palin about the DC assclowns…but i dont know it is kind of an awkward thing to say when your daughter attended two years ago in my opinion. dont think id like my mother tweeting to millions that i party with “assclowns” when given the opportunity to do so. but it does show fearless sarah, not willing to mince words, calling it how she sees it.

          • Timbet

This is about the permanent political class members — and the reporters who are supposed to keep them accountable.

Bristol is not PPC and is not a reporter.

          • Harry A

if you read what i wrote you’d see i never said Bristol was a reporter. I said that she took the opportunity to party *with* those assclowns, not that she was one.

for example if someone invited you to DNC party would you go? i know i most certainly wouldnt because i have zero interest in rubbing shoulders with people in attendance.

i know she didnt call Bristol an assclown, just the people she was with, thats why i think its kind of awkward. but shes just telling us how she feels and she’s not sugar coating anything !

          • stevethird

This is about our feckless leaders fiddling while Rome burns. Come on Harry, don’t be stupid. Engage your mind. .Don’t miss the point on purpose.

          • Harry A

first of all there’s no need for you to be so rude Steve.

Secondly, Palin said that these DC assclowns were “throwing themselves a #nerdprom”, implying that the assclowns she was talking about was whoever threw the party. The WHCD is organized by journalists, not the president or members of congress, thus one is left to assume that the assclowns she meant were the journalist. if you have a different interpretation do let me know?

therefore, when Bristol chose to go to the party two years ago, she chose to be around assclowns. my tweet simply said that i think that could be a little bit awkward, because who wants to be known as someone who chooses to be around assclowns? judging by the general tone of a lot of the tweets here i’d say most people have the same perception of the WHCD as I do, generally not somewhere that we would like to be (Palin herself probably believes this as well as she has never attended).

          • TocksNedlog

If she wants to learn how to mince words, she should copy you!

          • Harry A

huh? i praise palin and you attack me, why?

          • TocksNedlog

Not really questioning your praise of Palin, but if “I dont know it is kind of an awkward thing to say” isn’t mincing words, then I don’t know what is.

        • stevethird

What is transparent is that you re an idiot.

  • Obama Go Home!

There is no way to get around it. Sad to say it but Sarah is being a bit of a hypocrite here.

    • Timbet

Sarah Palin never attended the WPCD dinner.

This is about Obama and his media lapdogs ; pretending to “watch out for the little guy”.

      • English Springer

Is there really a difference between attending the dinner vs the after parties? There are plenty of pictures of her on the “red Carpet” in 2011 surrounded by these “assclowns”….what is the difference??

        • Timbet

This is about the permanent political class members — and the reporters who are supposed to keep them accountable.

Sarah Palin has fiercely fought crony capitalism and the permanent political class as Governor.

Taking on corruption and crony capitalism has always been a cornerstone of Sarah Palin’s agenda; in Alaska she did take on the old-boy network — the oil companies and her own party .
As oil and gas commissioner, Sarah Palin called out the unethical practices of members of her own party.
As Governor, she sought to end the back room deals and improper relationships between oil companies and politicians.

          • English Springer

And she has attended plenty of DC and Hollywood parties, surrounded by those she calls assclowns….

          • stevethird

            Yes..and…?

  • Katie Smith

Actually, though the question was put rudely, I do think it deserves an answer: What IS Sarah doing that could qualify as working her ass off?

    • Obama Go Home!

Giving common sense conservative speeches around the country, scouting new grassroots conservative talent for the upcoming midterms and raising a beautiful young son who the left would have had aborted.

    • michael s

Ask fellow conservative Tucker Carlson. He had the correct answer.

      • stevethird

Carlson is Ruling Class all the way. Why don’t you know that?

    • Joe W.

She works full time pissing you liberal assclowns off.

    • donzap

OK MS. Katie, Timbet gave a very good reply to your question. Now, here’s one for you…

What is Obama doing that could qualify as working his a** off for the American People?

What big high priority item is he working on?

Specifically, what item that the American People feel is a top priority is he working on?

Those who pretend Palin said this out of jealousy are seriously deranged. Get real. But the typical response of small-minded petty thinkers who assume everyone is just as small-minded and petty too. A bunch of mutual asskissers celebrating their asskissery is not someplace a normal thinking person would even want to be. Palin doesn’t have the beltway mentality which is the source of her popularity and she makes it obvious she has no respect for those who do by never passing a chance to heap more well deserved mockery on them- to the cheers of millions. She occupies the heads of petty, small-minded liberals whose typical ‘intellectual’ response amounts to ‘bitch’. LOL! You go Sarah!

    • Cory

That’s nice, it’s easy to comment from the sidelines, if she really cared why won’t she run for president? Oh right, it’s easier to milk middle America of their money than to run and lead the country. I can’t blame her though, she has great business acumen.

      • English Springer

It sounded like she watched the whole thing…why did she waste her time watching then tweeting about it?? doesn’t make much sense….

If you spend all your time bashing leadership, and you are also an elected official I feel like you should put your hat in the ring and put your ideas out there. Obviously her magic didn’t work in 2012, so maybe she should get in there and change it herself.

          • TocksNedlog

Her ideas ARE out there. Feel free to listen to them; you might learn a thing or ten.

          • Cory

Her ideas aren’t out there. Nobody listens to the side seat driver. Maybe if she ran for president or any other public office she’d be taken more seriously. Her ideas couldn’t beat a guy who had 8% unemployment, foreign scandals, etc. That doesn’t sound like great ideas.

Her ideas aren’t out there… which is of course why the left wingers go completely nuts every time she says anything. Because she’s so irrelevant and stuff.

          • Cory

Is your goal to be relevant and rile liberals or is your goal to win elections and change the country. It seems like currently its more of the riling liberals that gets conservatives happy and not the winning elections part.

      • donzap

If you were really such a conservative you wouldn’t have posted this. Troll.

        • Cory

Are you saying that since I don’t support Palin, I’m a liberal? I thought only liberals engaged in group think. You good sir are sounding more liberal every moment. Have a great Sunday. Also a troll is a little doll that was played with by young children in their youth. I’m am a living human being, not a children’s toy.

          • wwbdinct

LMAO! You just tried to put lipstick on a pig but you’re still a troll.

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1519277518 Tina Sergent Seward

Frankly, if she ran for President, she would be eaten alive by the media. Look at what they did to her in 2008.

        • trixiewoobeans

And yet she’s still standing, and driving them crazy! That’s a lot of power!

Milk middle America? I think you got the name wrong. The Milker-In-Chief is obama.

  • Brenda Busken

i notice the liberals are nasty and vulgar and very intolerant

    • MurphTacular

As opposed to this board, which is exceedingly pleasant, classy and welcoming. Pfft … If only.

      • donzap

As opposed to your post which is 3 hours after the fact. Being a late troll is not any better than being a troll…..

      • TocksNedlog

        Buttjoker.

        • MurphTacular

Again, even more kind-heartedness and verbal love from this board … :>

          • donzap

The problem you have is that it is the left who tries to maintain an image of being tolerant but yet, they can’t rise above their own hate. It’s hypocrisy on parade when the left speaks out of both sides of their collective mouths.

It’s the left who see everything and everyone in terms of race and gender and sexual orientation. It’s the left who uses ridicule and word games to attempt to marginalize their opposition and silence debate.

If you are leftist, it is you who is the hypocrite and frankly given the agenda of Obama and left, that makes you part of the problem.

You are a little more subtle than most and a little more well-informed but transparent nonetheless….I figure you for a ex-journalist who is on board with the Obama regime.

I see you as a volunteer poster who is too proud to accept payment from the DNC or OFA.

The bottom line though is that even though you came into the fray to attempt to save the third stringer posters, you are still at best, a second string bench warmer who has had nothing to post other than little putdowns.

      • donzap

There is no ‘opposed to.’ Most liberals are filled with hate. It’s evident in other article comment areas. Of course, the divisive rhetoric from liberals is understandable…they are only copying their fearless leader. You know, the guy who loves racially-charged and class-warfare filled speeches.

  • Sarandipity44

I was thinking the same thing, millions struggling to survive, they’re cutting off military entitlements, white house tours, control towers, giving billions to our enemies…all while they laugh and guffaw and listen to their chosen one as he reels them in. Ironically, he told the truth quite often in his speech… all the while pretending he was joking. THAT is a definition of ironic.

    • MurphTacular

As if they didn’t have these events while Reagan, W and Bush41 were in the White House. They’re called ‘annual’ for a reason …

      • TocksNedlog

You, also, are called ‘annual’ for a reason.

Minus the ‘nu’ in the middle.

        • MurphTacular

Oh, that was so clever, Tocks … Now, feel free to resume attacking ‘libs’ for calling people names b/c their arguments don’t hold water, without any sense of hypocrisy. :>

          • donzap

‘hypocrisy’ … yes, more tolerance from the left.

          • donzap

            The left own hypocrisy….

          • MurphTacular

In thy opinion, but that hardly makes it a reality. I think members of both parties are hypocritical on occasion and often are more concerned about their re-election than anything else.

      • donzap

Sometimes, an annual event is not appropriate. A circle-jerk paid for by the taxpayers while there is no money for Whitehouse tours.

        • MurphTacular

LOL. The event is sponsored and paid for by the White House Correspondents’ Association. That hardly makes it a taxpayer funded ‘circle-jerk.’ In fact, it raises more than 100K each year for scholarships.

          • donzap

Sorry. The White House Dinner was il-advised. The timing was not good following Boston and it was not appropriate for that reason. Besides, the media is so in the tank for Obama, they are, for all intents and purposes, an extension of the Democrat Party.

          • MurphTacular

They didn’t cancel it in 2003, six weeks after the Iraqi invasion. It’s only been shelved three times: 1930, b/c of Taft’s death, in the early ’40s b/c of WWII, when dozens of the nation’s reporters were either covering the war or fighting for their country. And as for you final talking point, that’s straight out of the ‘world according to Rush Limbaugh’ and isn’t true when he says it either.

          • donzap

So, how are things going the WaPo newsroom today?

Rush makes some good points and his analysis of the left is often correct. Now, I guess, you’ll post an anti-Beck comment to make your day complete.

Maybe you could find time to interview Van Jones and get his opinion of Beck while you’re at it.

I’ll spare you the same treatment you gave me by not correcting your typos…because after all…

            ‘What difference does it make?’

          • MurphTacular

Well, I don’t work at the Washington Post, and I don’t listen to Beck, so I don’t have a comment on him. And I imagine I know what Van Jones thinks about Beck without talking to him … And how many times today are you going to use that Hillary quote? :>

          • Harry A

how long are people suppose to wait after an attack before we are allowed to carry on? the 2002 WHCD was held while they were still digging out ground zero, was that too soon as well?

the terrorist say they hate the culture of the US and your response is too shut everything down? because from what you said clearly this standard of ill-timing applies to much more than the privately-funded, organized by WHCA (president of which is Ed Henry of Fox), WHCD. How long do we have to wait before we go back to life?

      • Sarandipity44

      Good post.

National Journal: DC Never More Out of Touch than During White House Correspondents Dinner.

Ron Fournier at the National Journal blistered Saturday’s White House Correspondents Dinner, where celebrities and the permanent political class members — and the reporters who are supposed to keep them accountable — wine and dine the weekend away, oblivious to the stark realities outside the Washington “Boomtown” bubble.

    http://www.nationaljournal.com/politics/joblessness-deficits-wars-let-s-party-20130426

  • SpiffyMclure

Hold on a sec. So Caribou Barbie calls people ‘assclowns’ and it’s all ‘Boom!’ When people push back on that they’re ‘haters’? Self-awareness. It’s a thing. Double standard. It’s another thing.

    • TocksNedlog

A group of leftists parroting the “she’s just jealous cuz nobody invited her” meme, and launching misogynistic attacks on her — this is what you label “push back”?

    • Kelly Layne

I guess you would know about that double standard thing wouldn’t you

    • idesign2

Being a moronic native from the Obamanation is a another thing..:)

    • Jack Deth

“Assclowns” is a very perceptive and definitive word for a mass of mindless, knee jerk sycophants who never question their Messiah. While providing an ever more ineffective megaphone for his politically juvenile, incredibly unpopular ideas and edicts. When not trying to humiliate, intimidate and demagogue any and all perceived opposition.

So, yeah. “Assclowns” is quite apt. Though, “Brown Shirts” would be more historically accurate.

    • donzap

      leftist thinking = douchebaggery

  • Joe W.

This thread is evidence of Sarah Palin’s hard work in pissing off the left wing and RINO assclowns. Every troll within miles is here, and the thread is generating more comments than any other. She OWNS you liberal fools…..Lock, stock and barrel…Ooops …is that “violent rhetoric”??? #Assclowns

  • Harry A

wowzers she implicitly called out a lot of her former coworkers at Fox by tweeting that too, talk about a lady who hasn’t afraid to say EXACTLY what she means!

  • Gallatin

What really makes this hysterical is that Sarah could probably score an invite or tickets, but the people slamming her for her tweet above wouldn’t be allowed within 5 miles of all the elitist pretty people who attended the ass clownery.

  • Laura Vama
    • Secede

Multiple posts from the same sock puppet paid by the DNC

      • donzap

Now we know that sock puppets really suck.

  • Cory

So basically you “conservatives” are mad that rich people came together to raise private money for scholarships. Would you have rather it been government giving out these scholarships?

    • TocksNedlog

The ONLY way to raise this money was by putting on a clown show?

      • Cory

Who cares how it was raised, more private money is a good thing. I’m all about less government funding. Obviously you guys aren’t.

        • TocksNedlog

How do you possibly have this much time in which to lie, when you’re working 80+ hours a week?

          • Cory

Good sir for one I didn’t lie secondly there are 168 hours in a week I still have 88 hours of free time.

          • wwbdinct

If you’re a libtard, then you’re a liar. The two go hand in hand.

          • Cory

What is this “libtard” phrase you speak of good sir. I don’t believe that’s even a word. This is why we need educational scholarships in America because obviously y’all aren’t being well taught.

          • TocksNedlog

You said that we ‘aren’t about less government funding’. That’s a lie.

          • Cory

Obviously you do if you’re complaining about private money being raised for scholarships. Obviously you want government to finance these scholarships then.

          • TocksNedlog

And I complained about private money being raised for scholarships WHERE?

          • Cory

You complained about a event that was raising private funds for education.

          • TocksNedlog

Yes, as YOU said, I complained about the event, NOT the cause. In fact, NO ONE complained about the cause; but that fact didn’t stop you from flailing the straw-man you built, did it?

        • wwbdinct

It’s unseemly to throw what amounts to an Oscar ceremony less than 2 weeks after a terrorist attack on a major US city. The money could have been donated without the spectacle. Really poor judgment on everyone’s part.

          • Cory

You sound like the government telling rich people how to spend their money. If they want to raise private funds for education then that’s a good thing. I don’t see why conservatives hate private funds so much.

          • wwbdinct

And I don’t see why a libtard would love the 1% so much.

          • Cory

What is a “libtard?” I speak proper English good sir. As for me personally, I don’t segregate people into the 1 or 99. I could care less about those divisions. They are so dumb anyways. Who doesn’t want to be rich? Anyone who says they don’t is lying.

          • TocksNedlog

            Criticizing people for being critical.
            Brilliant!

            [“Acting!”
            “Thank you!”
“No, no, no — Thank YOU!”]

          • Cory

Exactly, man up people. Stop crying over these silly things like a scholarship gala lol attended by rich people. I don’t know about you, but a poor person has never given me a scholarship.

          • TocksNedlog

So you don’t see ANYTHING unseemly or wasteful or meaningless in this event. Money was raised for a good cause; therefore, the event itself is beyond criticism.
That Obama campaign bridal registry, was that also a good thing?

          • Cory

Here’s the thing I don’t care about Obama I just care about private funds being raised for education. That’s a lot better than public funds being given out. Obviously you don’t believe so.

          • TocksNedlog

And that’s a lie. If you want to dismantle Jimmah Carter’s Dept. of Education, I will help you light the match.

          • Cory

That’s fine with me. Education should be on a local level anyways. That’s why I approve of more private funds for school than public.

          • Harry A

we dont shut things down in the US because that would mean the terrorists win. i can understand and agree with generally not liking the WHCD, but i dont agree with this idea that it had to be cancelled because of Boston. did you complain about the 2002 dinner that was filled with jokes while people were still digging out at ground zero?

at what point do you think its OK to host a “oscar ceremony”? 3 weeks? a month, two months? six months?

          • wwbdinct

A year. Does that make you happy? In addition, yes – it was just as disgusting in 2002. And considering what happened on 9/11 right up until the Boston Marathon, I’d would say the terrorists have won. Chew on that one for awhile.

        • JustLikeAnimals

If you actually think that last night’s WHCD is going to result in less government spending, you’re an idiot.

          • Cory

Usually those who call names are the academically challenged. I never said that this would result in less government spending. I would just rather have private funds covering education than public funds. Obviously you disagree which is fine.

          • donzap

The party was the subject….where do you come off saying the funds raised are the subject? Here’s an idea, since you like to change subjects….why don’t we talk about how Obama is destroying the country…as a conservative, I’m sure you’ll have much to offer to the discussion.

          • donzap

I’m waiting for your comments about how Obama is destroying the country…and by extension, the economy…go ahead…

          • donzap

            ????????????????????????????????

          • Cory

That’s fine. But I refuse to believe one man is destroying the entire country. All of DC is whack. But I don’t spend all my waking moments worrying about DC, there are more important things like making money or spending time with family.

        • donzap

So you don’t care how money is raised? The other poster is right. For you the ends justify the means. What’s next, inviting all communists or dictators from around the world who hate our country for a grandball and the proceeds will go to saving chimpanzees? Monkeys wouldn’t want the money if they knew where it came from.

          • Cory

I don’t consider rich people and corporations to be dictators or communists. Far from it.

          • donzap

            False equivalence.

    • plumberskid

Not at all. I’d like to see every student pay his or her own tuition, just like many of us did.

      • Cory

I had a full scholarship paid for through private funding. What’s wrong with rich people wanting to help send kids to college. Is that not conservative? More private money means less public money. I don’t get why you guys hate private scholarships.

        • wwbdinct

No need to have the dinner then. All the money raised here could be donated without DC and Hollywood making themselves look like royal assclowns!

          • Cory

Who cares how the money is raised, the point is its for scholarships. Why does it matter to you?

          • wwbdinct

Why does it matter to you that they have a royal spectacle? Only LIV’s are interested in that BS. I’ll bet you watch OMG Insider! every night.

          • Cory

I don’t even know what that is lol. More private money = less government money. I’m down with that.

          • wwbdinct

            So am I.

          • JustLikeAnimals

You think the Washington elite care about the scholarships? Ha! That’s a ruse so no one will criticize the classlessness of their highly inappropriate party.

          • Cory

I don’t care what they think. The bottom line is private funds were raised for education. That’s a good thing.

        • TocksNedlog

Yep, you done figgered it! Anyone that ever complains about anything is just jealous that they weren’t there. Those that can, do; those that can’t, criticize.

          Sim•ple

          • Cory

Exactly that’s my motto. Stop whining about government and live your life.

          • JustLikeAnimals

In case you haven’t noticed, Obama’s government is taking over your life. Wake up.

          • Cory

            Not in Texas

          • JustLikeAnimals

Yeah, right. Texas is exempt from federal payroll taxes and the mandates of Obamacare. You are truly one of the uninformed.

          • Cory

That still doesn’t affect me personally. We had these same payroll taxes before Obama and will afterwards. We were paying for poor people’s healthcare before Obama and will be afterwards. Nothing has changed.

          • TocksNedlog

You don’t care whether or not the government ever gets better?

          • Cory

Government is not going to get better, so I focus on what I can control, myself.

        • JustLikeAnimals

Or maybe, just maybe, they are not conflicted by the DC social calendar antics and can factually report the truth in a manner that is clear and coherent to everyone who doesn’t have their snout in the Obama trough.

          • Cory

Lol because I’m for private funding of scholarships I’m eating out of Obama’s trough? I guess I just believe in private enterprise, maybe you don’t.

          • donzap

I guess you are a troll.

          • Cory

You don’t support private scholarships? I believe in less government and if that makes me a troll than so be it.

    • donzap

We aren’t mad. Read the posts from your liberal buddies. YOu are the guys who seem to be mad and all it took is one tweat – by a GIRL.

      • Cory

For one thing it’s disrespectful to call her a girl, she’s a grown woman and a former governor she gets a little more respect than that. I’m not liberal, I’m the only one here that’s excited about private funds being raised for education rather than public. If that makes me liberal than what are conservatives?

        • donzap

You identified yourself as a liberal when you said ‘you conservatives’ now you’d like to confuse the issue….too bad. Nice try. No Cigar.

          • Cory

I was pointing out that you guys aren’t actually conservatives. Conservatives don’t complain about rich people raising private funds for scholarships.

          • donzap

I don’t think you are qualified. You unsuccessfully attempted to reframe the discussion. No one is talking about what you are talking about. It was a party and an ill-timed party. Instead of yet another celebrity party to raise money for a cause, how bout if Obama cuts back on spending in a major way. You want to make a big deal about small potatos. When compared with the US budget the funds raised by any party of miniscule in comparsion….much like your point.

          • Cory

I’m not qualified because I support private enterprise lol. So conservatives support public enterprise?

          • donzap

“And we just had a major terrorist attack and an explosion that killed people and the increased risk of war with North Korea and Syria. Not the time to party.”

          • Cory

How about this you live in sorrow and mourning and I’ll enjoy my life on earth. It’s okay to have fun in life.

          • donzap

How about leftists start showing a little respect for the victims of the bombing and the constitution and the rule of law? You can go ahead and party though. Enjoy yourself. Fiddle while DC burns.

          • Cory

Again you’re the one that supports public enterprise so you are the leftist. Secondly I will enjoy my life, everyday is a gift from God and I’m not going to spend everyday of it worrying about some small town on the east coast. (DC)

          • donzap

One thing I’ve noticed about liberal troll posters who are essentially control freaks. You always have to have the last word.

          • Cory

So are you calling yourself a liberal troll?

          • donzap

No, actually Cory, having read all of your posts, I’m saying you do qualify for that.

          • v1cious

So you would prefer we sit around moping? That’s exactly what they want.

          • donzap

You are projecting and full of it.

          • Cory

I’m projecting because I support private scholarships. I don’t see why you think that’s a bad thing. You just keep making random statements but you haven’t explained to me why you don’t support private scholarship funds being raised.

          • TocksNedlog

He didn’t tell you when he stopped beating his wife either.

          • Cory

Texans don’t hit their wives, that’s a flyover country thing.

        • TocksNedlog

Once again, what you wrote is untrue.

          • Cory

She’s not a grown woman or former governor? You need to read your history sir.

          • TocksNedlog

“I’m the only one here that’s excited about private funds being raised for education”
            — THAT ^^^ is untrue.
I’m not going to go around and around on this all day with you (some of us have to work, ya know!) but suffice it to say that the apologia of ‘It is bad form to criticize the event because the proceeds went to a good cause,’ is exceedingly lame. To say that the philosophy of “The ends justify the means” is a slippery slope is to highly understate the matter.
Consider this: You, a self-professed CONSERVATIVE, are saying “Think of the children!” YOU are the one that is saying, “Meh, what’s a litltle emotional blackmail between acquaintances?”

          • Cory

I was just surprised you so called conservatives were railing against private funding for education. That really didn’t make sense to me. Who cares how money is raised at the end of the day kids are being educated and that’s all that matters.

          • TocksNedlog

If they put Napolitank in the dunking booth I’d be spending my entire paycheck there.

          • Cory

Hey that’ll be a nice way to raise money too. I’ll sit on the dunk tank for charity.

    • donzap

you ‘conservatives’ posted by a guy who lauds the free market element of a chartiy function while using double-edge comments to put down Palin on the one hand while seemingly being above it all on the other. Spliting gnat eyelashes doesn’t make one insightful and changing the subject to the charity fund aspect of the party doesn’t excuse the bad timing.

  • JoeMyGodNYC

Note that Twitchy fails to mention the inconvenient fact that Caribou Barbie had NO PROBLEM attending all those Nerd Prom after-parties in 2011, including the famous one thrown by Vanity Fair. • William Svoboda

        no.

    • Timbet

Sarah Palin never attended the WPCD dinner, she went to NBCs after party as a guest of Greta Van Susteren.

This is about the permanent political class members — and the reporters who are supposed to keep them accountable.

      • JoeMyGodNYC

NBC’s party AND Vanity Fair’s party. As i clearly stated.

        • Timbet

That is not the WPCD dinner!

  • JoeMyGodNYC

“Assclowns” Todd Palin and Bristol Palin have BOTH attended the Nerd Prom. Caribou Barbie hypocrisy, FTW.

    • JoeMyGodNYC
      • TocksNedlog

I’d call YOU an “assclown”, but I’m feeling pretty confident that there is nothing even remotely ‘funny’ about your ass.

        • Secede

I bet his ass is more like a Clowncar- you’d be amazed how many can fit in it !

      • WilliamAmos

And we just had a major terrorist attack and an explosion that killed people and the increased risk of war with North Korea and Syria. Not the time to party.

        • JoeMyGodNYC

Tell that to event’s major sponsor, Fox News.

          • wwbdinct

I’m just as disgusted with Fox and their correspondents as well.

          • TocksNedlog

            Yet another lie . . .

        • wwbdinct

Thank you. That’s the point I’ve been trying to make with another poster on this thread.

    • TocksNedlog

And they, the both of them, are both journalists and/or politicians!

      Oh, wait . . .

I wonder if she considered herself and assclown when she attended the 2011 White House Correspondents Dinner and went to the MSNBC party afterwards? http://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/style/2011-white-house-correspondents-association-dinner/2011/04/30/AFMimqOF_gallery.html#photo=1

    Don’t bother answering. It’s a rhetorical question.

*Updated…The only assclown was her daughter, she skipped the dinner and just went to the assclown party.

    • TocksNedlog

      A rhetorical lie.

Excellent job of paying attention to what she actually said, by the way.

    • Timbet

Sarah Palin never attended the WPCD dinner, she went to NBCs after party as a guest of Greta Van Susteren.

This is about the permanent political class members — and the reporters who are supposed to keep them accountable.

    • neoface

I see another liberal minion, perpetuating lamestream media misinformation. Sarah Palin is a product of lamestream false narrative in effort of get Odimwit elected. You will end up suffer more than rest of us because you believe in all their lies. Truth ain’t pretty!!!

    • John_Frank

She did not attend the 2011 WHCD. She was giving a speech at the “Heroes Among Us” fundraiser. WaPo has its facts wrong.

    • RedSoloCup

I hope by chance your name is referring to Harry Reid.

  • William Svoboda

Let’s stay away from name calling, let us look at some facts from one state, New York. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics NY unemployment rate is 8.2%. The Bureau of the Census is showing a population decline in most of the Upstate counties since 2010, drops from 1.0 to 2.5% in two years. NY’s debt to to GDP is 27%. Since the 2010 census NY has lost two seats in the House. The New York Post has reported that a few Hedge Funds are looking at moving down to Florida. For the Most part IBM has left New York along with Ford, GM, among others. Than you watch as celebrities, politicians, hangers on, go out and party and yuk it up at the WHCD. Things are great down in Boomtown but not so great elsewhere. What Palin is saying is Washington is out of touch with the rest of the country. It doesn’t take much to get the facts some sites that are helpful, Bureau of the Census.org, US Debt clock.org. Bureau of Labor Statistics.org, See Through New York.org.

  • Conrad2010

They should get on bended knees and give thanks to Sarah for keeping their heads from getting so big they become Bobble heads.

Sarah’s simple tweet is heard by millions.

ths “strapping muslim socialist” gets laughed at.

the naked emperors day of reckoning is near. Tom Brokaw shot the first arrow.

    • donzap

There must be a video around that caused the Boston Bombing….they will blame that.

    • MurphTacular

Still flying the “Obama’s a muslim” flag? And the Republican base wonders why it is repeatedly lampooned …

      • donzap

Sending military items to the Muslim Brotherhood and inviting them to security meetings and failing to use the term islamic terrorism doesn’t speak well for your fearless leader or his administration.

Your post was only one hour after the disussion as opposed to some of your other posts.

        • MurphTacular

Good grief, you’ve made your point about punctuality. Now, give it a rest, please. Anyway, the Muslim Brotherhood, which was outlawed for years by dictators is not a great organization, but that’s the problem with being allied with democracies, you have to deal with who gets elected. Will the MB always be in charge of Egypt? I highly doubt it. Hopefully, the protesters who overthrew Mubarak will bring in a candidate of their choose and replace Morosi in due time.

Undecided voter? Wondering what Liberals and Democrats are really like?

You can read their posts to learn how loving, tolerant and open-minded liberals and Democrats really are. NOT!

Liberals and Democrats are nothing if not small minded, humorless, mean, nasty, vile, intolerant and basically disgusting.

Liberals and Democrats occupy the realms of bottom feeders. They abandoned the high ground years ago.

Undecided voter? Wondering what Liberals and Democrats are really like?

          • MurphTacular

Again with the punctuality concerns? LOL. Ladies and gentlemen, please meet Mr. Donzap, the official timekeeper of twitchy.com’s discussion board! Good. Grief.

  • donzap

The real hate comes from the left. Read their posts.

    • JustLikeAnimals

Yup. Liberals are some of the most intolerant, angry, hate-filled people you will ever have the misfortune of meeting. Meeting a liberal is worse than stepping in dog do-do. At least the stink of dog do-do comes off. The stink of a liberal lasts forever.

      • MurphTacular

I love how you just called liberals “angry, hate-filled people,” but then immediately compare such folks to dog excrement. How are we not supposed to think that you’re “angry” and filled with hate yourself?

        • donzap

Actually, why don’t you take a moment and see what your buds have been posting and then come back and make your comment.

          • MurphTacular

Again, neither side is perfect on this, but ‘libs’ don’t appear to kvetch about the name-calling as much as the conservatives launch tons of unprovoked nasty invectives all the time on this site.

          • donzap

The left and liberals like you fail to see the irony. You claim to be the ones who are tolerant and peace loving and yet, you guys are the ones who are so shrill and filled with hate.

          • MurphTacular

So which of my posts were “shrill and filled with hate”? Was it the one when I accused someone’s roommate of being a lap dancer? Oops, that was your post, I think. :>

        • JustLikeAnimals

You misunderstand. There is no comparison between dog excrement and liberals. Stepping in dog excrement is clearly the more favorable encounter.

I guess the liberal DC crowd is already planing another party to celebrate the next islamic terrorist attack. What a way to say how much they care!

Of course Obama won’t call the attack an islamic terrorist attack. He and his spokespeople call these attacks knock-offs (Biden), or one-off attacks (Big Sis) and Big Sis said it was just an isolated thing….of course, we all knew better and we all know better now.

When a President invites the muslim brotherhood to a whitehouse security meeting and sends military equipment to the muslim brotherhood in Eqypt and refuses to use the term islamic terrorism, it makes you wonder whose side he’s on.

One thing is for sure, the country will survive in spite of Obama and his loyal bunch of socialist partiers and all the liberal creeps with ultra-refined sensibilities that can’t allow them to look in their own mirrors to see they are the real problem.

  • donzap

Given the Obama’a lavish monthly vacations – multi-million dollar vacations, they should have to pay for their parties out of their own pockets. After all, Obama is a 1% -er.

  • donzap

Liberals are clearly on the ropes if one tweat (excuse me, tweet) by a girl, a mature girl, causes so much hatred.

It’s clear that Democrats and liberals are scared: Obamacare is coming off the rails, Benghazi is NOT going away and the economy continues to SUCK even though Obama has been focused on the economy ‘LIKE A LASER!’….

Maybe Obama should focus on poverty like he’s focused on the economy so he can destroy poverty too.

    • MurphTacular

But at least no libs have misspelled ‘tweat’ today … LOL. You guys really think Benghazi is some sort of festering Watergate-type scandal, eh? Who knows? Will be interesting to see what its long-term impacts are going forward …

      • donzap

        What’s your point?

        • MurphTacular

Unsure what an “aueen” is but I suspect it’s an attempt at ‘queen,’ which is an oddly sexist insult. Go figure.

          • donzap

            What’s your point?

  • neoface

Hollywhores, politicians seem to live in different reality and under different laws than rest of us. You ask why? Because they have lots of money. Fame and money definitely takes humbleness out of most people. People who remain humble wouldn’t show up for these narcissist events. Almost like slapping Americans in the face.

People who are attacking Sarah Palin, she is standing up for the hard working Americans, she didn’t refer to herself, you did!!!! Most of you liberal zombies would attack her regardless of what she said, because you have so much hate in your hearts. Ask yourselves, what do you really know about Palin besides what you read or heard from lamestream media? I suggest before you bash someone, sounding like a jerk, you should know what you are talking about.

    • donzap

Good post. If only the press had gone through Obama’s garbage like they did Palin’s.

      • MurphTacular

Oh, such a witty and fascinating observation. (Why yes, that IS sarcasm)

        • donzap

It was a question actually, not a statement. Here’s another question for you…. A Sphincter says ‘What?’

  • donzap

Last time we checked, Obama is the one who is supposed to be working for the American People yet liberals are critical of Palin for not working????

So here it is LIBERALS…Here’s a question for you….

What is Obama doing that could qualify as working his a** off for the American People?

What big high priority item is he working on?

Specifically, what item that the American People feel is a top priority is he working on?

    • donzap

So what are you paid posters doing…..feverishing searching Google for a comebacK? You liberal posters are about 1″ deep …. just like Obama.

Syria, North Korea, working with the GOP in Congress to craft acceptable immigration reform and trying to put together a tenable budget deal that moves us past sequestration. Feel better now, Mr. Donzap?

You didn’t answer the question – did you? You can’t provide an answer to the question. Can you?

          • MurphTacular

Sorry, Mr. Donzap, I wasn’t on the board until about 30 mins ago. I’ll try to be more punctual in the future. And yes, I did answer the question. See above, please.

          • donzap

No. You did NOT answer the question. Obama’s suggestions and intiatives that are just ideas are not doing anything and his budgets did not get one Democrat vote in the Senate.

No. You did NOT answer the question.

So what you are going to do…come back a few days later and post more B.S. to make it look like you won an argument or discussion point?

Did I mention that you didn’t answer the question?

          • MurphTacular

Actually, I did answer the question, you just don’t like the answer. I’d say a budget deal – which is a long-shot – but somewhat possible is a major concern for BHO, as is figuring out how to handle Syria, etc. Just b/c you don’t see Obama’s ideas as gaining traction doesn’t mean no one’s working toward making them a reality.

        • donzap

I love it when a liberal troll posts a reply one or two hours later…such courage.

So, would anyone care to tell us where “Sarah P.” does “work her ass off”? That seemed like a fair criticism.

LOL. Yes, I do get Sunday mornings off. Neither of my two jobs require me to work Sundays … However, I’ve got to go complete an assignment now, b/c I’m working to get a master’s degree. You’re right, the truth isn’t pretty, but it is what it is.

Sarah Palin never attended the WPCD dinner, she went to NBCs after party as a guest of Greta Van Susteren.

Anyway, in recent years, Washington veterans have expressed similar concerns. Tom Brokaw has compared Washington to “Versailles,” Ron Fournier has said the dinner represents a Washington that is “out of touch” with the rest of the country, and New York Times writer Mark Leibovich has said Washington’s permanent political class–and especially the press corps–does not realize how much the rest of the country disdains them.

The problem leftists have is that it is the left who tries to maintain an image of being tolerant but yet, they can’t rise above their own hate. It’s hypocrisy on parade when the left speaks out of both sides of their collective mouths.

It’s the left who see everything and everyone in terms of race and gender and sexual orientation. It’s the left who uses ridicule and word games to attempt to marginalize their opposition and silence debate.

If you are leftist, it is you who is the hypocrite and frankly, given the agenda of Obama and the left, that makes you part of the problem.

“The Annointed One,” was at it again: hobb- knobbing with Hollywierdos at I’m sure, taxpayer expense. You go girl, Sarah!

  • Donny Blackmore

Sarah Palin, you are like Breathe Of Fresh Air. Please keep up the good work. The next 4 years will be very important ones and this Country can’t afford to let itself deteriorate anymore then it has. We can’t count on the Robotic Liberal Democrats anymore since there one goal is to bring this Country to her knees.

That April, the dauphin provided Joan with several military men, and she
was joined in her fight by her brothers Jean and Pierre. Her standard
was painted with an image of Christ in judgment, and the banner she
would carry into battle bore the name of Jesus. When questioned about
the sword she would wield, Joan said that it would be discovered in the
church of Sainte-Catherine-de-Fierbois, and one was indeed found there.

    Her
ensuing strategy was underpinned with rejecting the guarded,
nonaggressive strategy that characterized French leadership during the
war before her arrival. The cautious approach clearly had not been
effective, and Joan sought to change the approach and the tide of the
    war.

On May 4, led by Joan, the French attacked and captured the
fortress of Saint Loup, and the next day Joan led a march to a second
fortress called Saint Jean le Blanc.

Soon in front of the war
council, Joan demanded another offensive, but she was rebuked and the
city gates locked to prevent her from launching an attack. But Joan and a
group of soldiers and townsmen unbolted the gate, and she led a charge
against the main English stronghold of Les Tourelles on May 7. During
the siege, Joan was shot through the neck with an arrow, but she quickly
returned to the fight, her unstoppable spirit bolstering the French
    resolve until the English capitulated.

She is the most butt-hurt person in the world.

    Stay grifty my friend.

Glad to see she’s still living rent-free in your head, Mr. Butt-Hurt.

      • $23293071

and may she continue to do so, because the Honey Grifter is fu(king aDORable.

That would be Obama- he’s still crying after losing his attempted gun grab

Let me guess- she reminds you of the girl who laughed at you when you asked her to the Prom, right ?

She looks like an ex-girlfriend of mine from years ago. It’s uncanny.

    • robert anthony

That’s a riot….First, pointing out massive unemployment (still..after 5 years) while the elitists ‘party’ is racist…now it’s being ‘butt-hurt’. So ,tell me, when will addressing our Country’s problems actually be what it is…addressing our Country’s problems?

  • PHHHHHH

    Hahahaha! Love you Sarah!!

  • anthonyedwin938

I bet If the 2008 election went differently and she was at the dinner as the VP, not sitting at home watching the moose hunting channel she may be singing a different tune.

    High class?

  • TocksNedlog

Change that to “no class” and you might have something there.

  • Bill Board

She stepped away from the organ grinder to attend that gala.

Right. So what’s the problem with her tweet then?

  • TocksNedlog

You can bleat all you want about how she’s ‘part of the Washington elite’, but you’ll be lying — EVERY time.

    Leftists = Haters.

Poor Moochelle has an even harder life- largest staff ever of any FLOTUS , multimillion dollar vacations every month, her own jet, etc..

  • Joe Durnavich

What we are scratching our heads over, Joe, is why Sarah Palin is even on your radar. I mean, Obama’s president, Obamacare is the law of the land, and government spending is higher than ever. Everything you wished for in life is now a reality. Shouldn’t you be spending today enjoying the Utopia you voted for? Why all the grumpiness?

  • donzap

    TROLL

  • RedSoloCup

Idiot, shouldn’t you be helping Doomberg confiscate cigarettes and Big Gulps?

  • TocksNedlog

    They don’t censor me.

  • JustLikeAnimals

I comment about Michelle “I’m Entitled” Obama’s big fat ass all the time. No deletes. Like others here, I think it was the “high-class” part of “high-class call girl” that got you wrapped. It’s a well-established fact that there is nothing high-class about the current occupants of the White House.

  • JoeMyGodNYC

Who then changes his profile pic. Heh.
