St. Louis chef urges Dana Loesch fans to shoot themselves; Update: Chef’s employer says comments were ‘reprehensible’

Dale Beauchamp is Chef de cuisine at Little Country Gentleman in St. Louis, Missouri. For now. Whether he will remain employed after telling Dana Loesch listeners to shoot themselves remains to be seen.

It’s a good question.

After Loesch rebuked him, Beauchamp initially deleted his tweet and declined to offer an apology:

Sixteen minutes later, his tone suddenly changed:

Beauchamp subsequently locked down his Twitter account. (Too late, Dale.)

Beauchamp’s bio says, “I work to create elegant balances of sweet, sour, salty, and bitter in every bite.”

We don’t see much evidence of sweetness, though we must admit he’s doing a great job with the sour, salty, and bitter parts.

Let’s just hope his beef tongue isn’t as foul as his actual tongue.

Update:

Beauchamp’s employer has released this statement via its Twitter account:
