Elections have consequences: Greta Van Susteren asks Obama voters if they have regrets

Fox News anchor Greta Van Susteren asked her followers if they know anyone who voted for President Obama and regrets doing so.

She also asked if any Romney voters are glad he did not win.

We doubt you can find many, if any, Romney voters who wish they would have voted for Obama.

One thing we know:  Elections have consequences.

maybe because Detroitistan is filled with welfare sucking voters and unchecked voter fraud..and Mass is filled with college students who are too wet behind the ears to understand that Obama is the biggest fraud forced upon us and the hope of student loan forgiveness and free bc pills will make the unicorns sing kumbaya

So…instead of using your 2 brain cells to vote for what was better for the country….you voted to make people cry?No wonder you idiots on the left are so gleefull about the demise of our country
1.) you have no real grasp on reality
2.)you vote out of spite instead of facts.

I guess I get to thank dunderheads like you for making my HC prems go up 30%,lose our health plan we had for 12 years, lose our doctor,go further into debt,50% on foodstamps,23 million jobless….ya..be proud of that.

      • Miss Clairee

  • Scott Carroll

After perusing the regretful tweets of these Low-InfoTards I have just a couple of thoughts for them: Firstly thanks for voting for maxing out America’s Visa Card on the backs of future generations and secondly…..boo F****ing hoo.

    • V the K

Before Obama, I really thought that most liberals were just misguided. But watching them turn, en masse, into slobbering cultists who literally (yes, using that word correctly) worship this SCOAMF and can find no fault in him at all has caused me to lose any respect I might have had for anyone who votes Democrat.

And, admit it, our national community was better before he organized it.

      • Scott Carroll

Astute observation V. I’d Up your comment 1000 times if I could. “Lord help us from those who don’t believe in God but are bursting at the seams with religion.”

Leftism is the most dogmatic religion in the world and, with Obama, their Messiah has finally come. “He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Obama.”

        • V the K

It’s glaring when you note how quasi-religious the promises of the left are. “We will heal the sick… with universal health care. We will end war… through unilateral disarmament. We will make it so no one ever suffers the consequences of their bad choices… by enacting a million billion social programs. We will conquer death… by outlawing guns.”

And all they ask for, in return, is blind obedience.

          • Orlando Cee

I hear a guy named Hitler once asked for blind obedience, and got it.

    • NickGranite

Well, the kids, otherwise known as future older generations helped vote him in, they will be paying the longest.

      • WVS

I’m the future older generation and in the words of the old lady in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, “I didn’t vote for you!” My generation’s in the dark right now, for sure. But the longer I’m a part of it, the more I think we’re a generation of libertarians who don’t know it. Most of us consider “It’s not any of the government’s business” an acceptable response to just about any question. (Hint: While I myself stand with the GOP on most social issues, they are why we lose young votes. How to handle that without compromising values? I don’t know.) And it’s obviously in our own best interest to get a balanced budget ASAP. Real fiscal conservatism may be a hard sell among us now, but out-of-control spending is generally accepted to be a common enemy. The only debate is how much taxing, how much spending. When some of us reach the point where wealth is redistributed *from* us–and especially if we trudge through more liberal administrations with failed policies–conservatism will come.

        • NickGranite

My generation didn’t do it because we didn’t realize the insidious nature of the enemy but your generation has to. That is, make a concerted effort to break into academia, journalism and entertainment. Most conservatives just go about their business and raise their families, the left aims for places where they can have the most influence.

  • Scott Carroll

After perusing the regretful tweets of these Low-InfoTards I have just a couple of thoughts for them: Firstly thanks for voting for maxing out America’s Visa Card on the backs of future generations and secondly…..boo F****ing hoo.

The sad reality is someone who wasn’t even qualified to be the CEO of a local bank branch was elected President of the United States.

Do they have regrets? Yes. Of course they do. They regret they aren’t getting MORE from the community organizer and his band of merry men.

    THAT is their regret.

    • V the K

The SCOAMF isn’t qualified to be an Assistant Manager at Applebee’s.

      • Dale McNamee

        V to the K,
His admission of using marijuana and cocaine would disqualify him from being a “candy striper” in a hospital… Let alone a nurse, nurse practitioner, physician’s assistant or M.D.

But, he’s very qualified to be a Hollywood “celebrity” !

    • V the K

The SCOAMF isn’t qualified to be an Assistant Manager at Applebee’s.

  • journogal

And isn’t it great what the country got as a whole, right? Screw future generations, it is all about your needs now! Who cares if we are broke, let’s keep spending.

    • $24698634

No, not really.  Not if you were honest about what we endured in the prior administration.
And it’s not about my needs, I’m retired and comfortable.

  • ERMERGERD

Not really. Romney is rich, and you have to get money from the “government” (tax payers). Kind of sad actually. If you had voted for the fiscally responsible guy, you would be able to make your own money too. Now you’re relegated to making scraps while the moron in chief spends hard earned money from tax payers.

    • $24698634

I don’t have to earn anything.  I’m retired and reaping pension and SS.

  • CatHerder

I honestly can’t say how good a President Governor Romney would have made. My read of the man told me he would have tried his best, and that’s all I expect out of anybody. Nothing shameful about failure if you try. No, not sorry I voted for him.

    • Lady 12

Yeah, he wasn’t my first choice. I was hoping for Rick Perry. But nobody can accurately accuse Romney of slacking off, and nobody can accuse him of stupidity.

      • CatHerder

Ma’am, I like old Rick, but I didn’t think then he was the man for the job and I still don’t. I like him just fine right where he is, Governor of our state.

        • nc

Not being from Texas, all I knew of Perry was he had a good record as a Governor but he stunk in the debates. So he just didn’t seem ready for the national stage. However, after the election, when I heard him speak just as Governor, just being himself, I was surprised how articulate and strong he was. A good man. Probably is doing his best right where he is.

I was a Santorum supporter from the very start, but Romney was my second choice. No one’s perfect, but Romney would never make anyone doubt his efforts.

          • TexSizzle

He was on pain medicine for back surgery in the debate he bombed.

        • stellatruman

My Aunt in Chicago died several years ago. I understand she voted for Obama 3 times last year.

    • hbnolikeee

That’s all. She must have been a racist.

  • Lady 12

Now if they just remember this in 2016, we’re good to go! So let’s please remember not to choose Christie for our nominee. Let’s get someone who will actually be a solid conservative, not a RINO.

    • Judy B

You really believe we will have an election in 2016?

      • Lady 12

Yes, I do. The tweets above indicate that some people are finally starting to wake up. The GOP has stronger leaders than it previously had. Rand Paul’s filibuster showed the commies that we are willing to fight for our country, and they will think twice about trampling over the Constitution.

  • stellatruman

I don’t know of anyone who voted for him that would admit any regret , but I can’t help but notice that no one on FB is singing his praises any more. Not sure if that is regret , shame or just trying to not inflame people so long after election

  • Love of Country

I think a lot of his early supporters are still with him …. at least judging by this particular photo …

    http://blogs.reuters.com/faithworld/files/2009/02/obama-and-muslim-women1.jpg

    • Orlando Cee

Those women probably got the absentee ballots for non-citizens.

  • rennyangel2

Had not Phila. have over 20 precincts vote 100% (!!!) for zero, had Cleveland gone GOP, and Green Bay did not exist in WI, and had 3,000,000 missing Reps. JUST VOTED, zero would have lost.

So between Rep. stupidity and apathy (cons. who wouldn’t vote for Romney, Libertarians who will only vote for a Paul) and rampant Dem. fraud, we are stuck having an incompetent marxist running our lives for four years.

Please, please do remember, elections have consequences and do not lef the same errors happen in 2016.

    • NickGranite

Yeah, the Paulites will be voting for Ron Paul after he’s dead.

      • rennyangel2

Maybe they will be voting for Rand Paul. I think I could live with that, even if he is a one-term Sen. After all zero, was a no-term Sen. (143 days in the Sen. out of 6 years in office).

    • Princess_Jen

      Or 2014

      • rennyangel2

Yes, let’s take back the Sen. in 2014 and a few more states. Like CO.

  • NickGranite

Why would anyone vote for Romney when we have Obama. He was a governor and business turnaround specialist in an economy badly in need of a turnaround. Oh wait.

    • V the K

Yeah, but Obama promised free contraceptives and subsidies for Big Bird; much more important than sound fiscal and economic policy.

      • hbnolikeee

Plus he’s gots dat dang swagger and dat am moss impotent.

  • Orlando Cee

We’ll have a better idea how the Obamazombies feel when they find out what their tax bill will be in April.

    • Judy B

Not this year, the Bush cuts didn’t expire until 12/31/12. When 2013 tax time arrives, the howling will commence.

  • KansasGirl

    Too late now.

  • $6565218

My workplace has about 50 people, I think 1 might have voted for him. Most, including myself, were disgusted at the results. One guy cashed out all his funds, stocks, and retirement savings because of it. I’ve commented on this before but with the amount of comments I see on the internet and in day-to-day life just absolutely against this admin – how on God’s green earth did he get re-elected?

    • Larry G.

he cashed out all his stocks? seriously? that was a very silly thing to do and most people could have told him that! i mean due to being propped up by the fed the stock market is up alms 10% since november!

i mean i recognize there really isnt a reason for the stocks to be up like they are, but the fed have shown their committed to raising the markets so that guy made a very dumb decision. that sucks man.

      • precursor

And you should LOOK to the eurozone and see what is really going on. Cyprus has NOW decided to go ahead and seize savings accounts.

Our congress in the USA is debating rather to start TAXING 401k plans. Seizure could happen here.

Are you really that blind and dumb to NOT see this?

    • Judy B

      Voter fraud ring any bells?

  • Guest

The Evangelical/Tea Party aversion to Romney was numerically a greater factor,
than any upsurge in support for the Failure-in-Chief.
With huge block votes coming from the left coast,
Romney needed all the votes he could muster, the “purist” Republicans said “NO”.

  • Sinjun

we delayed a great leader when that idiot Ford was chosen over Reagan. might have been able to avoid Carter and his disastrous time in office.

  • LR99

Iraq ignored hillary and they now are ignoring Kerry on the issue of Iran flights to Syria through Iraqi airspace! What is obama going to do about it? Play a round of golf with the Iraqi leader? Obama’s such a failure as President!
