Actor Nick Searcy guesses why ‘Super Dumbass’ Biden would make his ‘garden variety slap’ remark

After Vice President Joe Biden sparked backlash with a remark that downplayed one type of domestic abuse, blogger Ace of Spades posed a question to Twitter: “Why would someone go out of his way to take a ‘garden variety slap across the face’ off the table as domestic abuse?”

Why, indeed? While Biden did say that even a “garden variety slap” is unacceptable, why would he minimize any form of abuse? “Justified” actor Nick Searcy (unverified account) took a guess: “Because he’d done that a couple of times himself, and didn’t want people to think that he was an ‘abuser?'”

Ouch! Twitter mockery can be brutal, Uncle Joe. And not just “garden variety” brutal. It pays to think before you speak.

So, Joe, would this be abuse or abuse-abuse?

That’ll leave a mark! (Unlike those “unacceptable” yet “garden variety” slaps, right Uncle Joe?)

and, what was that tina fey was saying about sarah palin not being ready for the vice-presidency? as old as biden is, he’s not ready for getting out the bed each morning.

There are two competency levels for politicians. You can have abject morons like Biden be the VP if you are a Democrat, but if the lefties can destroy a Republican through their tactics and the Republican cannot dispel that smear, oh well, the Republican was not smart enough for politics. Not to mention they will also have to defend themselves in dozens of lawsuits…….etc, et al. By the way, Obama is not the smart guy the Dems and media have attempted to portray. The guy is an imbecile without his speechwriters and Totus.

that is absolutely correct! obummer is no more intelligent than buckshot biden

  • CatHerder

Gotta hand it to Uncle Joe, Dan Quayle wasn’t a patch on him! Is foot-in-mouth disease a prerequisite for Vice-Presidency?

    • Hired Mind

Not to mention that Dan Quayle’s gaffes were almost all manufactured.

Like the “Potatoe” thing – the teacher gave him a list of answers that weren’t spelled right. After he corrected the student by adding an E to the board, he took another look at it and something like “wait, I don’t think that’s right”. We never saw that last part.

I would like to initiate a campaign to outlaw calling creepy Joe Biden, “Uncle Joe”. There’s really nothing fuzzy, warm or comfortable about his words or actions. It makes me shudder that he could become president!

    • CatHerder

The previous ‘Uncle Joe’ was Stalin. Draw your own conclusions.

    • GaryTheBrave

Can’t call him Uncle Joe. Can’t call him Sherriff Joe because Arpaio claims that title. What’s left?

      • Grandma HeadInjury

        I’m goin’ with “asswipe”…

      • NachoCheese (D)

        Uncle BiteMe?

      • Hired Mind

Just add some crazy, to differentiate him from Stalin: “Crazy Uncle Joe”.

      • DavidKramer

Abject moron is how I refer to him.

      • mike_in_kosovo

        Joe Moron.

    • origionalwinja

      “buckshot biden”!!

I almost wish this old fool would run against Clinton in 2016. Their race for a nominee would literally become a non stop blooper reel.

  • CitizenEgg

Good old Joe. Always willing to give the press corpse something juicy to ignore. “That’s just Joe being Joe.” It’s like they’ve blocked out the fact that he’s a heartbeat away from the Presidency. Forget about ‘what if Bush…?’ and imagine ‘What if Boehner said that?’. Probably a bad choice, because many on the right have been looking to dump him anyway.

    Nick Searcy rules.

  • Ben Bollman

I love Nick Searcy, he has some pretty good tweets. It also doesn’t hurt that he is conservative and on my favorite show.

    • Red Fred

Absolutely! Best writers, actors to grace television.
