On his tweet habits, @ChuckGrassley: "Oh I haven’t changed anything." Ignore story "by FeedStuff or BuzzStuff or something like that."

Assume Twitter dead? Not so fast.
The Twitterverse grieved on Tuesday after BuzzFeed reported that Sen. Chuck Grassley intends to abandon “his signature mix of personal observations, misadventures, and politics for a more staid, policy-focused approach to social media.”
Please don’t leave Twitter, @ChuckGrassley. I swear we’ll be good. Assume snark dead.—

@ChuckGrassley said he's going to tweet more policy-focused tweets, and focus less on his personal life. i'm going to quit twitter.—

@ChuckGrassley Your tweets proved you were human. Don't let those bullies bring you down!—

@whitney_free I may deactivate my Twitter account now that Grassley is no longer going to be tweeting like the Grassley we know and love.—

But on a conference call with Iowa reporters, a frustrated Grassley insisted that the “FeedStuff or BuzzStuff” article should be ignored. (Generally a solid approach, Sen. Grassley.)
Apparently I'm working for @feedstuffs now.—

“I haven’t changed anything…. I’ll say something very theatrical soon, and they’ll be wrong,” he promised.
"Just wait a minute and I’ll say something very theatrical very soon so they’ll be wrong," @ChuckGrassley says on call with Iowa reporters.—

People will be relieved, @CourierEricson says. @ChuckGrassley: "You mean people actually pay attention to me? You’re pandering me."—

So fear not, Grassley fans. No need to quit Twitter.
@hbruski I was very upset. Grassley is pretty much the only reason I use Twitter. #Fact—

The senator’s delightful 140-character dispatches are here to stay. And c’mon, even the tweets that are all business are kind fun:
Judnoms being considered under Schumer rule set by dems- 7 filibuster votes on Estrada. ~170 Obama noms approved last year So stop crying—
