Ann Romney is ‘happy to blame media’; Hateful Left is happy to call her a ‘dumb bitch’

The Romneys appeared on “Fox News Sunday” today, and reflected on the election loss.

Heh. But, something Ann Romney said ended up sparking a ton of buzz.

https://twitter.com/rickklein/status/308217838559170560

Lapdogs sneered.

https://twitter.com/dbernstein/status/308224653829226498

It is quite clear, of course, that the lapdog media is biased.

https://twitter.com/RyanRMiner/status/308217733974212608

There are a myriad of reasons why Romney lost, but Obama cheerleaders in the media certainly didn’t help matters with their incredibly biased and, at times, outright deceptive reporting.

While Ann Romney may be happy to blame the media, the Left is, once again, happy to spew hate, natch. It’s what they do.

https://twitter.com/Ziggy_Daddy/status/308263199172595713

That’s right. They are still pushing the absurd rage against the pronoun. As Twitchy reported time and time again, Ann Romney never even said that. The oh-so-classy tweets continued:

Know your place, Ann! No talkies allowed: Liberal men say so.

New tone, same as the old tone.

  • The First Lady ; D

Ann is a very classy lady. However the Lamestream Media bias is only partially why our side lost.

    • http://extremesplash.wordpress.com/ Ben Bollman

It is a huge part, if Obama was actually held accountable in the media for his actions(especially Benghazi) there is no way he would have been re-elected.

      • Richard Wayne

When you have enough sources (news + pop culture) reinforcing the same message, their minions almost become brainwashed. Take maddow repeating the rubio water sipping 100+ times combined with comedy central shows and late night hosts heckling Rubio, and you have reflexive programmed thought about a political opponent. Just look at all their lame collective thought memes: Palin=Stupid (while Biden’s actions are ignored). Fox news=Faux News while their networks are degrading. Bush’s verbal gaffes means he is dumb while Obama’s are ignored. These reflexive programmed thoughts become so ingrained and automatic that no amount of facts or examples can sway them.

        • http://extremesplash.wordpress.com/ Ben Bollman

It just goes to show that if you tell a lie long enough and often enough that in the brains of the weak-minded it becomes the truth.

    • BlueGood

Correct Ann, and I think we up here in the Great White North have a similar problem…not only Low Information Voters, buy millions dependent on Gov’t handouts…

“The Canadian Food Bank Programs are proud to be distributing the greatest ever amount of food to the needy this year. .

Meanwhile, PARKS Canada, repeatedly states and requests, on their written and online material, “Please Do Not Feed the Animals.” Their stated reason for the policy is because:

“The animals will grow dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of
      themselves.”

      End of lesson in irony….

      • OHNESA

        that is great!

    • Angie

The other reason is the dumbing down of our society. Really — look at what these vile morons are saying about her (btw — they obviously didn’t view or are unable to understand what she said because they are taking it out of context). Is it any wonder that a huckster who plays to their ignorance & fears like Obama would appeal to them more than people with integrity like Mitt & Ann Romney?
America couldn’t approve of the Romney’s — that’s a reflection on the nation, not Mitt & Ann.

  • Jeff Geyer

Damned shame these Liberals have to resort to a lower than low standard of life. Name calling is the name of their game, and everyone can see it. If those same Liberals realized just what their leader is doing to our country, they might, just might close their mouths, about as tight as their minds are already.

    • Agent_Zeero

It’s not a shame at all. It’s as intellectual as they get

    • $41341954

You realize how many time I’ve read bad things about Michelle Obama on conservative websites and comments? As whatsmyparty said below, it happens on both sides, and it’s not helpful for anyone.

      • WisconsinPatriot

Ummm, yeah. Well you know I would LOVE to hear some examples. You know…..thats just me. Broad generalizations do not fly with me. There is no equivocation. When FLOTUS steps into a political situation, she is MORE than fair game. Pretending this happens EQUALLY on both sides is just a delusion you are deeply committed to. Give it up and seek the professional help you genuinely NEED!

        • E Quilibrate

Boy, did that need to be said. Well spoken,
          WisPat.

        • $41341954

          Terrorist fist jab.

You shouldn’t be suggesting professional help to me when you have a horrible argument. Under your logic of “When FLOTUS steps into a political situation, she is MORE than fair game”, then how could you possibly ever complain about critiques of Palin (not her family) or critique Michelle’s fashion choices?

At the end of the day this isn’t about keeping score, and I’m not even suggesting that its equal. Obviously it will be skewed left on television and print due to their political leanings, but it’s skewed right on he radio. Don’t you think we can all agree that personal attacks should be off limits for everyone except the candidate?

          • SturJen

Which one has a larger audience, radio or television? Which one has a …oh how shall I put this…an audience comprised of lesser intelligent Americans? Oh yes, that’s the television who excoriates anything done by Conservatives continually. Personal attacks are what gains their attention though, doesn’t it. Low information voters watch some of the most base, vile and lame stuff on Earth (Honey Boo Boo?) and eat it up with a big ol’ spoon. Those shows are laden with personal attacks.

          • 1CatEye

Still not seeing any proof of your accusation.

          • WisconsinPatriot

Why? I was pretty clear about FLOTUS. I do not believe I have complained about attacks on Palin. The attacks are stupid and inappropriate but, she is in the fray. By deciding that I am doing something that I am not, you demonstrate your need for help. Also, you are CLEARLY equivocating, CLEARLY. I can not even believe your argument on this one, are you high? As for the radio. Advertisers do NOT advertise on left leaning programs for several reasons. Bumper sticker slogans do not translate to a program with discussion. Second, your “arguments” are based on hateful and anti-semitic and anti-Christian positions, and no-one wants to listen to that. Personal attacks are what the left lives and dies by. To omit those takes away 80-90% of your arguments, do you really want to go there?

        • Marynelle Vickers

          Very well said.

      • http://www.facebook.com/138900508 Patrick Dennehy

There are conservatives in the public realm that spout foul things equivalent to the stuff Bill Maher says? Who?!

People call her Moochelle and a Wookie in the comments. I have never seen the vile, maligning, reprehensible, disgusting things said, by the likes of a Maher, from a conservative…ever. On Twitchy, if someone even attempts to, they get down voted or ignored…if it is upvoted, it’s a tongue and cheek comment made in jest. It still doesn’t even come close to what a Bill Maher spouts (and he gets paid for it).

Even if they were as vicious… The comments section of a website ≠ the website itself…let alone a nationally televised program.

        • $41341954

I agree with you, but isn’t that what twitchy does? They find offensive tweets attacking Ann Romney and more often than not, they are just normal people. Some might be celebrities, but by in large none of them really ever carry significance.

Bill Maher is a comedian. It is his job to be offensive. If there was a conservative comedian, I’d fully support them in making jokes at the expense of other people.

          • http://www.facebook.com/138900508 Patrick Dennehy

What Twitchy does(in part) is exposes the hypocrisy of the left. There is not, nor will ever be, a conservative Bill Maher. He’s the best example, but is far from the only one doing his type of “comedy”.

            1. No christian conservative would laugh at that type of comedy. Because it’s sick
            2. Who would employ that type of comedian? What network would give them their own show?
            3. The backlash would be insane and that person would never be allowed to ‘get away with it’
4.5.6.7. I am tired of typing but I could go on

David Letterman, Chis Rock, Jay Leno, Steven Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, SNL…carry no significance? They might not be a vile as Maher but the message is the same.

          • 1CatEye

It’s his job to be funny, something he hasn’t managed in quite some time, if ever.

          • Marynelle Vickers

There’s a difference in being a comedian and being funny. Mahr is obnoxious and vile when he talks about people saying such vile things. And if I were a Jew, i’d for sure object to the things he says about the Jewish people.

      • ceemack

Yeah, but not on CBS, ABC, NBC or CNN…or in the L.A. Times, NY Times, Washington Post, AP, etc.

The point–if you’re not completely dedicated to missing it–is the negative bias in the mainstream media. You know, the stuff that most voters watch and read.

        • $41341954

The lead story on twitchy is about a SNL skit ripping on Obama. Next?

          • http://www.facebook.com/138900508 Patrick Dennehy

Ripping Obama? Twitchy posted a story of how SNL ‘actually took on’ Obama. The only reason it’s news here is because SNL actually saying something mildly negative about him is a miracle.

Did you watch the skit? It was hardly ripping him…Did the actor ever once say “Since the sequester was my idea” or “I refuse to be a man and actually allocate the cuts in a judicious manner?” NOPE. The skit then goes on enforcing the Left’s talking points of how the sequester will negatively effect America…give me a break, man…

          • WisconsinPatriot

…….Who did the sketch? You really live in an alternate universe……..what is the atmosphere like?

      • 1CatEye

I’ve never seen anyone wish her and her family dead in a bus crash. Care to back up your wild accusation with proof?

    • pajamakat

They don’t care what Obama is doing. He’s black and if you criticize, you’re a racist. Love the tweet from above “pampered ass whining… the bitch needs to stifle”. Are you sure you’re not talking about Michelle Obama here????

  • lillymckim

The children of Bill Maher are on line & saying words again.
Pure class. Proof the Obama low infos can barter for food stamps and welfare to get a Presidency but they still can’t buy class.

  • $41341954

How about we call a spade a spade . They lost because Mitt Romney tacked to the center after the primary which turned away conservative voters, and independent voters couldn’t see the difference between the two and went with the evil that they know. The guy got less votes than McCain. How is that possible after 4 years of Obama?

Mitt Romney lost because of a lack of conservative leadership not only from the candidate, but also his advisors and the establishment Republicans.

    • Agent_Zeero

Call a spade a spade? Racist!

      • E Quilibrate

That was my first thought, but we all know Disqus
        can’t be racist–now don’t we?

    • http://www.facebook.com/richard.jefferies.96 Richard Jefferies

Its true he got less votes than McCain, but only just, and Obama got 10 million few votes. People just stated home. There were 12 million less votes cast and Obama got 100%+ of the vote in many counties, so that tells me even more stayed home but it was hidden by the rampant vote fraud. You are right about why he lost however.

      • $41341954

Voter fraud is not why Romney lost.

        • michael s

Of course he didn’t lose to voter fraud. Why is it not one legal, congressional recourse was taken against this voter fraud? Instead of admitting he picked candidates that couldn’t win their home states, plus the state the top was a gov,and 2 swing states, we get voter fraud crybabies.

          • 1CatEye

I think you missed the woman (and others) who voted multiple times, and doesn’t think there is anything wrong with that. But thanks for ignoring what you don’t want to see.

          • mike_in_kosovo

You mean like the accusations from the left in 2000, 2004, 2010, etc?

          • journogal

And 2012, because according to the left, the only reason why the House stayed Republican is because of gerrymandering.

          • mike_in_kosovo

            So they say, yes…but, of course, those districts that voted 100% for Obama were just coincidence…{ sarc }

          • http://www.facebook.com/people/Justin-Mars/1021563074 Justin Mars

Yeah becasue getting 99% of votes in some districts doesn’t sound like cheating. He also cheated with voting machines. It diidn’t help there were morons voting for a candidate like Ron Paul, who had no chance in hell at winning. I find those people to be crybabies and no smarter than the left. Now we are stuck with a dictator who is hell bent on America’s destruction.

    • 1CatEye

Voter fraud on a massive scale didn’t help. How do you get 100% of the vote, anywhere? How do you have more votes than voters? Fraud, which the media was and is totally uninterested in.

    • ssj429

And the media had nothing to do with it? So because Ann said that the media is biased (something you have probably believed for years), you no longer believe that the media is biased? Really?

    • fivegreatkids

Have to disagree some. Of course the lamestream media was a HUGE culprit. Anybody with a brain cell knows that. BUT those “Christian” conservatives and the Ron Paul followers who stayed home to “show us” were the ones who knew better. Many of Obama’s voters didn’t. The ones on the right KNEW, still believed the liberal’s lies about Mitt or threw a tantrum and stayed home. They should be held just as accountable imho. They should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to our country.

  • whatsmyparty

Honestly, attacking family members in politics is nasty all around. If you’re upset about the Ann Romney name calling, just check out the next Drudge-bounced story about Michelle Obama. It all needs to stop.

    • rinodino

Agree wookie is a term used like water around here but clutched pearls for good ole Ann

      • journogal

If it bothers you so much, why are you here? I recall Bush being called a lot worse that “wookie,” which is silly, but it upsets your delicate balance. How about all the wonderful names that Palin and her family are still called from the liberals, which I guess is approved by you, because after all it is Palin. How about the liberals who were calling for Ann Romney’s death? Mitt’s death? A minority conservatives death because they DARE disagree with Obama? All okay in your book, isn’t it, yet you crumple over a silly term like “wookie.”

        • whatsmyparty

George Bush was called a lot worse.

          Laura was not.

          That’s the point.

And again, there’s nastiness all around and it all needs to stop. But to say that no one has wished death upon liberals in the blogosphere is utter ridiculousness. It happens on both sides. Failure to admit that these things occur on either extreme only contributes to the problem.

          • journogal

Oh, she has been called names by such caring liberals as well as their daughters. But then again, it’s okay because they are the Bush’s, right?

          • whatsmyparty

No. It’s not okay. It’s never ok.

          • journogal

So you have called out those who have wished death upon conservatives as well as those who called any of the Bush’s or Palin’s or Bachmann or any other vile names? Or are you just here to lecture us and how you think we should behave because the great Obamas are in office?

          • whatsmyparty

Called out? Sure! People who say nasty things on Huff Po and other sites typically do get called out. And they deserve it.

          • journogal

By you? Wow, aren’t you providing a service, or more than likely, you are in the mud wallowing around with them. You can’t post anything negative about Obama or Democrats on HuffPo…I don’t see you sticking up for Conservatives. I might be wrong…

          • Garth Haycock

Laura Bush didn’t inject herself into the limelight like Mrs. Obama does. That’s the true point.

          • CloneSix

            +100

        • $41341954

Do you not recall conservatives calling for Moochelle’s death? Obamao’s death? How did you feel about the constant name calling of Bill Clinton? Did tit bother you then? How about the name calling of Pelosi or Reid had to and still endures by the so-called loving right? How about the names Barney Frank was called by conservatives? Ashley Judd? Does any of that bother you, or are you just on your high horse, looking down at others? If liberals bother you so much, then why are you responding.

Look, either you have to be completely insulated from reality or blinded by your principles, but this happens on both sides of the political spectrum and its unfortunate that our political discourse has devolved from consensus building and pragmatism to name calling and insults.

          • journogal

Who is Moochelle and Obamo? Are you talking about Michelle and Barack? Click on my profile and you will see that I never have called them either of these names. In fact, I barely talk about Michelle at all, because I am more concerned about the POLICIES her husband is trying to implement on this country.
The left always get a pass on vitriol, it is never challenged. Are there disgusting remarks made from the right? Yes, but not at the rate from the left. Mention Palin and what the foaming at the mouth start. Remind me what President had an assassination video made of him that was shown at a film festival? Yet, coming from the left, their behavior always excused.

          • kim

no. no calling for death of Obama’s. name calling of Clinton? was he not everything they said? guess he shouldn’t have been having affairs. molesting women and perjuring himself. you dislike name calling? Yet your party does it every day through your politicians, media lapdogs, celebrities and pad bloggers.

          • http://www.facebook.com/138900508 Patrick Dennehy

            What conservatives? where?

Goggle search? NOPE Who? who was calling for her death??

So where…The only thing close, I have seen, is Mike O’Neil who sent a private email to friends and colleagues quoting a bible verse “Let his days be few; and another take his office” but did not include the children be fatherless line that comes after (Lib’s tacked it on, in their accusation)…AGAIN, this was not a public proclamation. Not analogous IMO. The HuffPost comments section of that article is filled with christian/conservative bashing…

You keep saying the same thing and I’ve asked for proof twice…provide it or please refrain from making unsubstantiated accusations.

        • rinodino

It’s not just wookie and you know it…but keep justifying bad behavior for bad behavior you extremes are excellent at that

          • journogal

Really? How am I excellent at it? I want you to point specifics about me to show that I am excellent at justifying bad behavior. Who has called Michelle the “c” word???? What so-called comedian has done that? Come on, cite examples. That was has been used to describe Palin, Bachmann and many other conservative women. Look at what the left does to Michelle Malkin, and please show me who on the right has said those same things about Mrs. Obama? Come on, show me.
            Seems like you are projecting.

          • rinodino

I’m not talking about about the tv heads Or politicians. I’m talking about this site , you know the rank and file… The hate is great, but its justified, I’m sure

          • journogal

You see, Twitchy provided examples of the left uber-hatred for Ann Romney, so why don’t you provide links showing me where conservatives have said vile (vile isn’t calling someone wookie or Mooch, that’s just silly; but the “c” word, saying they want her dead or want to rape her or anything of the like) about Michelle Obama.

          • mike_in_kosovo

“You extremes are excellent at that”
Yes, you sure are…look the excusing you’re doing right here.

    • conservativechick

Drudge-bounced? hahaha At least with Michelle Obama an othrs pogresive women, you can see the anger and the meaness in them. It’s just that the liberals would never attack one of their own like this, ever. I have never heard Ann Romney speak intimidating words like Michelle Obama. Anything, and I mean anything, angry, mean, nasty, liberal women do or say is okay with them.

      • whatsmyparty

You’re asking for a double standard, Elaine. I don’t see the “anger and meanness” in the First Lady you reference.

Be the change you want to see in the world.

If “liberals” are nastier, so be it, but don’t justify the name calling of our nation’s First Lady just because you interpret her as being “angry.” Have some respect.

        • journogal

“For once in my life, I am proud of my country.”

Yet, I bet you had no problem calling Bush names, Palin names and other conservatives’ names.

As for respect, it is earned, not guaranteed. Obamas don’t respect half of America (show me any respect they have shown for those that DARE disagree with Obama, show me any respect either have had for small to medium sized businesses, show me any respect either have shown for red states…) I respect the office, not the person holding the office. Just like liberals did (which a lot worse) when Bush was President.

          • E Quilibrate

Wow! and re-wow, well done journogal

          • journogal

            Tired of the double-standards.

          • E Quilibrate

An entitlement mentality from childhood forward can only foster
a double standard attitude. It smells bad looks bad and will never bring us together. There can be no common ground between myself
and the person who will not do for themselves, only expect me to provide for them.

          • journogal

            Agreed!

        • Red Fred

She may be “First Woman”, but she will never be “First Lady.”

    • whatsmyparty

Yes – two thumbs down already is the best affirmation:

      1. Some of you want the double-standard to attack our First Lady, but whine about the “nasty liberals” when Ann Romney is attacked

      2. Sites like Twitchy give you the sense of ‘with us or against us,’ so even a reasonable comment, such as ‘It all needs to stop,’ is given a thumbs-down because it’s not 100% affirming that all things bad in the world come from the left

I’ll enjoy more thumbs down. Y’all keep enjoying losing elections with your sheer unreasonableness.

      • journogal

Unreasonableness? Do you not recall liberals calling for Ann Romney’s death? Mitt’s death? How did you feel about the constant name-calling of Bush? Did it bother you then? How about the name calling that Palin and her family had to and still endures by the so-called loving and understanding left? How about the names Herman Cain was called from the liberals? Dr. Ben Carson? Do any of that bothers you, or are you just on your high-horse, looking down at others? If Twitchy bothers you so much, then why are you here?

        • whatsmyparty

What about ‘it all needs to stop’ was not clear?

No one in politics deserves nastiness, especially the family members. You can dislike the policies, but you should respect the people.

If asking for basic politeness puts me up on a ‘high-horse,’ I’ll gladly ride away into the sunset.

          Cheers.

          • journogal

Respect is earned, not demanded. Once the Obamas show respect for the office and the laws of the land, then perhaps I can respect him. I respect the office, not the person, unlike liberals who never show any respect to anyone that doesn’t toe the Democrat line.
Take your haughtiness and go lecture someone else.

Yikes, calm down, friend. You’re getting quite worked up here. Perhaps you can re-read this exchange in the future and see how you’re justifying your use of a double-standard and blaming the “liberals” who want one of their own.

Be the change you want to see in the world.

          • journogal

I am not your friend and I am not worked up about anything. One of the many overused words as of late is “change.” I don’t name-call and I particularly don’t like it. It dumbs down conservations. However, what is worse is hypocrites, who think they are above everyone else, yet will be the first to name call when they don’t like someone who goes against Obama and the Democrats.

          • Elytherial Luna

I hear you, and agree. I come to twitchy to find people who feel as I do, that our country is headed in the wrong direction. but I do see a tendency for vulgarity, name calling and hate here, too. we are not immune. It doesn’t hurt to be reminded to be aware how we sound and come across. First post, sorry if it’s scattered.

          • E Quilibrate

You should “respect” people who earn it.
A position or title does not garner respect
for the title holder, only actions confer that.

          • daeghrefn

I’m sure though that the Palins will never be covered under that blanket amnesty.

      • $2346491

Ummm… My main beef with Michelle Obama is that she is the female version of Nanny Blomberg along with being a hypocrite. Lecturing people about their personal habits and then failing to practice what you preach is a perfect illustration of what people hate about the left. Also, she has made some incredibly out of touch statements. I just remember her whining about the costs of her kids school and lessons and then showing off her Jimmy Choos collection. Most upper middle class professionals, even those making 200K per year, don’t have a wardrobe of designer clothes. But she never gets called out on it.

In contrast, liberals use the most vile, misgonist terms against Republican women. It seems really common among leftist men. I think this is because most leftist men are losers without employment prospects who cannot get laid in real life.

        • michael s

but you dont have the hatred of nanny bloomberg as you do FLOTUS.even though they share similar views. we know why that is.

          • $2346491

Oh I hate Nanny Bloomberg as well… Hence, the derisive name that I gave him – Nanny Bloomberg. But this post is about Michelle Obama.

And I just love how the Obama cultists go directly to sexism and racism when debating an issue. That is intellectually very weak to start with personal attacks about people you don’t know. But hey that is why could worship someone you’ve never met.

    • http://twitter.com/jimni27 Jimni27

In all honesty I hate when people call Michelle Obama Mooch/Moochelle. There’s really no point to the name calling.
Having said that, it isn’t even close to what Ann Romney had thrown at her, or Palin, or any other right winger. I have yet to hear anyone call Michelle Obama the c word.

      • Finrod Felagund

Or George Bush’s daughters, or Sarah Palin’s kids, etc. Liberals are quite happy to point out the handful of cases where conservatives go too far, when they watch and support bozos like Bill Maher that make a career out of it.

        • http://twitter.com/jimni27 Jimni27

What they did to Palin’s kids ( especially SNL) disgusted me to no end. The most that have been said about Obama’s kids that I have heard is that they are protected by gun toting security. And THAT is even called racist.

          • journogal

Do you recall, during the Bush administration there was this loon that admitted he wanted to rap&e Bush’s daughters? Yet, if anyone questioned the eldest Obama’s daughter’s trip to Mexico, we are branded racist and more.

          • http://twitter.com/jimni27 Jimni27

They like to throw that one around. Even to the men. I recall Cher in particular wishing Akin would get raped by someone with HIV.

    • http://www.facebook.com/138900508 Patrick Dennehy

You are right. I don’t think it’s cool, either. You seem to think it’s equivalent, though. That is where your argument falls apart. I won’t down vote you; you are welcome to your opinion and are welcome to share it here. I am not going to attack you. Just point out to me where Drudge maligns on the level of the Left…

Here? Saying she appears “angry”? That’s the equivalent of what a Bill Maher says…Really?

The media/”comedians” were unmitigatedly vicious towards Bush. Unrelenting and mean. The things they said about Sarah Palin (and her children) were disgusting. Bandied about and disseminated to the point where people use “Palin and Bush Quotes” that were SNL jokes. People attribute them (in all ignorance) to Palin and Bush, respectively, as if they actually said them. That’s equivalent treatment by the media??

  • https://twitter.com/tweetyuo Tangchung

I like Ann, but after winning the nomination, Romney went left center.
Romney, GOP, Rove should of embraced the Tea Party, Palin to get the base fired up.
    I didn’t want Democrat-Lite.
(We all knew the media sucked)

    • E Quilibrate

All that and then avoid Benghazi in the debate; a
      recipe for disaster.

      • Richard Wayne

He didn’t quite avoid it, he just pushed it in such a way that Candy Crowley knocked him down a notch that low information voters would count it as ‘getting told.’

        • 1CatEye

Yeah, and surprise, surprise, she was wrong. As was Zero.

  • http://apostrophejones.com/ Gloves Donahue, Jr.

It would have been nice to have honor and decency restored to the White House.

A hardworking, capable man is needed in the Oval Office, instead of the spoiled child we have.

    • http://profile.yahoo.com/Z2H3PE5CEFXDNRP6W44UXSUF7A StarDust5062

Gloves, you are sooo right. He IS the most spoiled, arrogant individual on the PLANET. Just how did they convince him that he is actually THAT good??

      • bonnieblue2A

Obama and his state run media are a reflection of Obama’s constituency: spoiled children who feel entitled to the labor and success of productive citizens.

Sadly, the radical Marxist and neo-Fascist revolutionaries have come together and are winning in their plan to distroy this country. Those who love liberty and small government must move to educate the upcoming generations to rebuild the once great Republic that we are allowing to collapse (morally, economically & politically).

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1383919533 Alex Summer

Media bias, if the media had vetted obama back in 2008 we wouldn’t be in this position because everyone would know he’s not even eligible to be in office. Epic media fail or pushing a well orchestrated hidden agenda??

    • Finrod Felagund

The media didn’t fail. They got the candidate they wanted (re-)elected.

    • michael s

Its northern job of the white media to vett presidential candidates. Leo and intelligence agencies do that. Stop being dishonest with if the media had properly vetted him routine

      • mike_in_kosovo

Really? We must have overlooked that part, what with the media’s constant obsession over events from Romney’s past and questions of whether or not he’d be a suitable President – you know, the same sort of thing they *didn’t* do with Zero.

  • louisiana_mom

We came so close to having a president who would have taken the government’s foot from the neck of the middle class and allowed us to grow once again. Plus we would have had a FLOTUS who ooozes class… *sigh.

    • E Quilibrate

Right on all counts, the only “class” there now is
      missing two letters.

      • itzyaboi95

Don’t forget their followers who viciously attack anyone who sides with the right.

      • Bud-Kathy Jones

This administration has two kinds of class, little and none.

    • Richard Wayne

They emanate such genuine goodness regarding family. Between that and his maturity in accepting blame for his campaign’s shortcoming, it would be hard to see him, if he was elected, not making the tough choices to get this economy back on track. Yeah, he had a checkered conservative past, but I doubt such a character based businessman would have tried to mask a technical economic recovery with printing. Oh well, he would have at least worked with the other side instead of campaigning.

    • stellatruman

So true..would have been nice to have a pair who loved their country and the people instead of hating it and trying to tear it apart

      • Marynelle Vickers

My feelings exactly. How could 52% of Americans be so blind as not to see what a wonderful man and family the Romney’s are. How could they not see the love they had for their country. How could they not see that this wealthy man was willing to give up sitting back and enjoying life to work everyday (and not be out playing golf and flying around on Air Force One spending our hard earned tax dollars on fuel) to get our country back on Her feet.?????? How could they be so blind. I guess they enjoyed obama’s singing, acting, revenge and hatred for those who worked hard…They just need to read “Roots of Obama’s Rage” and they would see what Obama intends on doing in honor of his father. The father who didn’t care about him or want to stay around to raise him.

        • Bud-Kathy Jones

Some people work for a living, some people vote for a living.

      • Diendno

God! Talk about sore losers! It must really sting Romney to have been beaten by a lowly community organizer who has done this not once, but twice, to the Republican Party. A community organizer!

Regardless of one’s politics, it seems that Mr. Romney’s experience was not a qualification for President. One of the cardinal rules in business is to know where you stand … what is coming in and what is going out. Mr. Romney failed the leadership test of his own campaign and admits that he thought he was going to win despite all of the very real and readily available evidence to the contrary.

Mr. Romney failed a test of leadership: If you cannot lead your own campaign, how could you have possibly led the country?

Does Barack Obama hate America? no

Is Barack Obama a dictator? no

Can Barack Obama be impeached for the Damage he has done to America? what damage bush has done worse

Is Barack Obama destroying America? no i cant stand u people that think the president is in control cause he’s not congress is

but never thought someone who actually thought Bush was some kind of miracle worker who inherited crap and turned it into something glorious that was then ruined again by Obama. Not one.

The Romney’s are blaming everyone & everything for the Romney loss exspect their own mirror…
        !

        • Elena0412

In a country where one is not required to be able to read nor speak English in order to vote, Obama’s win is not surprising. Anyone can identify the capital “O.”

          • Good God

You’re such a blind racist ass that you even make lame “jokes” about Billie Holiday, who’s been dead for how many years? There are black people in our society. Get used to it, plantation owner.

Real classy liberals calling ann a bitch, but then at the same time I think of the same about moochelle

    • Joe W.

That is a cut above what I call Moochelle.

Ann Romney is 10x the woman any liberal will ever be …… drives ’em nuts!

And if liberals can’t keep up with the Joneses (or the Romney’s) …. they don’t try to emulate them …. nope. Seems they would rather just destroy them and take their stuff rather than, you know, working hard to aspire to any greatness of their own. Welcome to the world of Owebamao.

Here’s an idea: instead of complaining about the bias of the Demedia,* how about doing something about it? With the Demedia now not even pretending to be anything but the PR arm of the Democrats, the Demedia is – essentially – the palace guard of the evil king.** If the evil king is to be deposed and replaced, the Demedia must be dealt with.

Again, I’ll recommend a campaign of financial “bleeding.” Such a campaign – to the extent that it was successful – would diminish the ability of the Demedia to act on behalf of the Democrats, and distract the Demedia from doing so.

    (* short for Democratic media)

    (** no, not him, Gyorgy)

  • michael s

    No sympathy here.

Of course not, because that is the type of person you are, which is very telling.

Is that because you are a Paul supporter, or is it because you voted for Obama? Either way, it would show your stupidity.

  • stellatruman

It would have been nice to have a real lady in the White House and real leadership as a president instead of the wretched excuse of human excrement we are stuck with now. Yes , the mainstream media played a part in keeping this pair there

  • kim

Personally I think he lost for these reasons
    1. media
    2. cheating in swing states
    3.liberatrians pouting over Ron Paul
    4. evangelicals who couldn’t vote for a mormon
    5. conservatives who would rather watch the ship go down in flames than vote for a moderate over a flaming lib
    6. the avg indie or moderate dem who could not make themselves admit they were wrong/stupid for voting Barry
    7. The absolute idiocy of those on the left who really believe a second term means he will get smarter

    • http://twitter.com/jimni27 Jimni27

You forgot about the people who voted based on race :)

    • daeghrefn

He lost because he was a weak candidate. Period. He never had the support of the base. That is, any thought that Romney would actually win was delusion.

      • nc

        Does that make you a 3, 4, or 5?

      • Richard Wayne

He turned out more than McCain in swing states (in most states.)

        • daeghrefn

So what? Romney lost better than another loser so he’s a winner!!!!!!

          • Richard Wayne

It does indicate that the base was more fired up this time around and that record turn out means something. Other factors were evidently at play…

Where are the cries of “War on Women” now?

  • ssj429

Ann is 100% correct. She was asked a question that pertained to how she felt about the media, and she answered truthfully. It’s amazing to see some republicans, along with the left, trying to crucify her for this comment. These few republicans have been saying the MSM is biased for years, but because Ann says it, they now believe that there is no bias at all. And of course, the so called “tolerant left,” is as hateful and pathetic as ever.

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Justin-Mars/1021563074 Justin Mars

I wish Romney would have just come out and called Obama a liar. I think it is time to start fighting fire with fire. They came out attacking, I wish the GOP would grow a pair and go after the democrats with every dirty tactic they use. You can’t work with them and you cant be buddy buddy with them. You have to rip out their hearts and throw them against a wall. Politics is war. The sooner the GOP learns this, the better. Quit giving in to everything GOP. Fox, Rush and all the other conservtive groups need to go to war with the leftis media. Bring out all the dirt on every reporter with left slanting views. This is war people. Our country depends on it.

  • Guest

Romney can watch Obama dismantle America…there is no way it won’t happen.
For the rest of his life, Romney and his loved ones may live freely and without fear.
Obama, by direct contrast. will require close protection for the rest of his life…
“it’s good to be the king”…really..?

    • Paul Citro

you are sooooo right. You can see the changes now.

  • notenoughtime

Haters are going to hate and they gravitate toward the love, peace and togetherness democrats. We would all better off if the Romney’s were in the White House and the mindless minions know that things are not that great under President O.

  • Orpheus75

Love that comment about her being a “Rich Bitch”, while …who was it that recently showed up at an awards show wearing a $9,000 dress acting like a queen? And, who is it that takes vacation after vacation costing millions of dollars?

Interesting when those less informed who have not paid any sort of price critique and slam Ann Romney whose sacrifices and clean lifestyle have earned her a good life. That’s okay though, because your profanities frame you for what you are, and have absolutely no effect on Mrs. Romney. Stating facts does not equal a whine or deserve an F you, dung circling twitflies.

  • bonnieblue2A

When the mirror is held up for the lame stream media there is no reflection. More of the far left’s war on conservative women.
In times of tyranny the truth becomes treason. This is the same lap dog media that cannabalized Bob Woodward last week. Need I say more?
