Ha! Tweeters suggest Obama deserves Oscar for the role of president

We wouldn’t put it past President Obama to think he deserves another award, but some tweeters think he might have earned an Oscar for his role as the president.

Since it’s a night of exploding egos, we think Obama would be right at home.

Oh, snap! Coming soon: Obama composite Oscar best picture nominees

  • Catchance

Well, he certainly deserves an Oscar for his performance in pretending to care about United States citizens.

    • CatHerder

Acting President Obummer? I like it!

    • mhojai

He’s sure not selling it to me! I can’t get the slightest impression he gives a damn about anything but himself.

      • Catchance

Yes, of course, for those of us who read and think logically. What I found amazing were the polls where people were asked who they thought would be better for the economy, and 67% said Romney. Asked who they thought was better on foreign policy, again they said Romney, by a similar margin. But when they were asked who cared about them more, 90% responded with Obama. Apparently, 51% of the country felt it was more important that he care about them than to actually do something. You and I know that he only cares for one thing… himself.

Didn’t know there was a category for “Best Actor in a Farce”.

  • Randy

So Twitchy thinks it’s a good thing that conservatives all make the same joke.

    • GaryTheBrave

Okay, how about an Oscar(tm) for Makeup (of excuses and blame).

      • Randy

Judging by all the jokes just made at your expense, I’d say ‘no.’

        • GaryTheBrave

No, I actually somewhat agreed with you. There are so many categories.

How about Harry Reid for Writing Of Best Fiction for The Budget Of The United States of America for the past four years.

I doubt many care or value your contribution enough to be upset by you.

    • Catchance

Well, then, why don’t you come up with one? Oh, wait…

      Your tears…they are nourishing.

    Barry ObamaKare logical reasoning: “It’s a tax; it’s not a tax; it’s a tax’ it’s not a tax . . .”

  • bullet2354

If there is a ‘Sit-Com” category, the White would win that hands down.

    • Infinite_Indeterminism

As so many others do while writing about those things, you dropped an ‘h…

  • mhojai

Do you imagine an actor in a movie acting like this clown would get an award? He’d get fired for such an abysmal portrayal-not even close to “manly” let alone “presidential” “executive,” or “leader.”

  • $7610427

Bo couldn’t be here tonight…accepting the Oscar on his behalf is Hillary Clinton…
