It’s OK, guys! Sen. Schumer says some of Hagel’s best tears are Jewish

Zing! But, wait, what? Why the crocodile tears from prospective Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel?

Oh, really?

As we reported during his bumbling and buffoonish Secretary of Defense hearing (even called a train wreck by actor Rob Lowe), Chuck Hagel made his atrocious beliefs about Israel quite clear already. But, you know, Senator Cruz!

Twitter users aren’t buying the crocodile tears. They are, however, investing in some hilarious mockery.

And, win.

The big question remains: What about his utter incompetence?

If anything should cause “tears,” that should.

Delusional hubris: Obama claims to know more about Judaism than any other president ever

  • Raphael Gluck ツ

Hagel Always looks like he’s about to burst into tears

  • Tangchung

Give the emotional Hagel a whistle and drop him off in Banghazi.

    • Jillane Kent

Make sure he eats a full meal before he goes. Vomit is always a viable option should the whistle not stop the storming hoards.

  • NachoCheese (D)

We have President MomJeans (a.k.a. SkeetKiller), Vice President Giggles (a.k.a. BiteMe), Secretary of State KetchupKing (a.k.a. Droopy) and now they want Secretary of Defense CryBaby?

    This country is doomed.

    • rinodino

It’s better than president bush, tricky dick Chaney , Sarah Palin and anybody the righties brought to bat in the last ten years…. But keep saying the country is doomed while I enjoy my day :)

      • Jillane Kent

Is your blather supposed to make sense or convey a cogent point? Are you implying that the country will be doomed should Hagel not be confirmed or did you mean that the country is doomed because Obama won?

        • rinodino

Yes for those that can comprehend an intelligent point but I understand I’m punching down so no worries ;)…. So to make it real simple for you We ARE NOT DOOMED!!!! The sky (which is in the air) is not falling no matter what happens, comprendre?

          • TugboatPhil

That’s not the sky you’re looking at. It’s the lining of your colon.

          • Jillane Kent

So, by way of dichotomy, you consider Hagel to be a qualified candidate? What has led to this conclusion?

          • NachoCheese (D)

But that’s not Obamao is saying…you might want to re-read your White House issued talking points and try again.

          • Matthew Koch

The only reason why people point to past failures is because they have no success of their own to fall back on.

Oh wait is that why leftists continually bring up the name Bush?

          • rinodino

Failure? I’m doing ok it’s you righties that seem to be struggling and it has nothing to do with the state of the nation more like your feelings are hurt that with each passing year you keep losing the argument and election

          • KansasGirl

You better be careful, O doesn’t take kindly to some people doing better than others. After all, that’s his schtick.
Of course, he’ll do all he can to protect the “ruling class”.
Could it be that you’re doing well because you are one of his protected class?

          • GoSellCrazySomeplaceElse

When someone states they have an intelligent point, it really means they’re a complete idiot. No mensa here.

          • rinodino

And When somebody calls someone a complete idiot it usually means that person pissed the other person off so bad plus made them look like half a person….ahhh you can say no mas whenever you’re ready

          • aliwilcox

No, but that buckshot raining from the sky is Biden-authorized fallout.

      • Matthew Koch

Wow you’re blaming Bush. How original.

      • Noah Lee

can you even fucking spell the former vp’s name correctly? you actually think it’s “Chaney”?

        • rinodino

Who cares he was a bum to begin with

          • Noah Lee

okay, well then i’ll call Biden “bidet” from now on. just a few letters off.

      • cbenoistd

Don’t worry, they don’t make you wear a tie till seventh grade.

      • TocksNedlog

You seem to be lost. This thread is NOT where you audition to replace Beckel on The Five.

  • traffic_robot

Next, Hagel is going to declare Fiddler on the Roof as the best musical ever. So glad he and Chuck cleared everything up and are total besties again. It was gonna be awkward in their shared limo rental for the prom.

    • cbenoistd

So it was the Shtetl Department he was talking about all the time! Whew, Senator’s Off the Hook!

  • marcellucci

A little old to be pre-menstrual, don’t ya think?

    • Jillane Kent

Menopause can be hell, or so I’ve heard.

      • Tangchung

lol, uh huh…right around the corner is it…I won’t tell.

        • Jillane Kent

Psssh, the sooner the better :)

  • dunst43

Of course Hagel had tears. He was in the most dangerous place in America: sitting between Chuck Schumer and a camera.

  • Steve_J

I get the impression Schumer would be one of the first to throw Israel under the bus.

  • Jim Denney

Dumb & Dumbler, but both of ’em can find their way to the (kosher) pig trough filled with taxpayer dough.

  • operanerd1986

Hagel wants to show us how much he cares about Israel? This reminds me of former Illinois Governor and current convicted felon Rod Blagojevich. When he got in trouble for trying to sell Obama’s Senate seat in 2008, he said, “I am dying to show you how innocent I am.” This was in spite of numerous recordings of his voice (including one where he called the seat “f***ing golden”) which proved that he was indeed guilty.

  • nc

Weak AND Stupid. Sure, let’s confirm him.

  • BeeKaaay

A crying Nazi. Now that’s funny.
