He was subsequently taken into custody for a mental exam after a domestic abuse incident in which he wielded a sword. Today, Brooks is in trouble with the law again. Mike Blasky, a reporter for the Las Vegas Review-Journal is tweeting details from the police report.
Metro says Brooks was in driveway of the home when police arrived. "I was about to call you guys," he said.—
