Someone’s just showing off their spiffy new lolcat filter. These kinds of things have been around the Internet for a long time; here’s a site that will change your text into Swedish Chef, jive, valspeak, or pig latin: http://www.cs.utexas.edu/~jbc/home/chef.html

For the love of Chuck Norris why are people trippin’ over this. It’s stupid, it’s silly, and it’s fun… you all remember fun, right?

I’ll bet Einstein would have had a blast with this, for even the most serious of intellectuals could/can act goofy from time to time. I’ll never use it, for I am already fluent in Lolcat – along with pig Latin, Klingon, and something called Ongese (don’t ask) – but I applaud Twitter for lightening things up.

Maybe the uptight amongst us should follow their lead a bit…

      “…something called Ongese (don’t ask)…”

I gotta ask. What is Ongese? Star Wars, Star Trek, The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy, or A Fish Named Wanda?
