So, that happened. Vice President Biden administered the ceremonial oath to Secretary of State John “JK tweeting” Kerry.
And much Biden-ing occurred.

Heh. But Biden doubled down on that idiocy. Hey, if Kerry had won, maybe Biden would be Secretary of State! You know, a real job. Instead of Vice President.
