According to Washington Post national political correspondent Karen Tumulty, if Hillary decides not to run for president in 2016, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is a real contender. A “woman to watch.” In Tumulty’s opinion, Napolitano is “a sharp and savvy politician,” one who would represent women well on the national and international stages.
