The State Department is continuing its trend of total incompetence!
Tweets from Secretary Kerry are signed –JK (no, seriously)—
Shane Doyle (@stdoyle) February 04, 2013
That’s right, new Secretary of State John Kerry will be tweeting using “JK.” But, to be fair, his confirmation hearing was a lovefest-filled joke. So, it stands to reason that all of his tweets will be signed “JK.” You see, JK means “just kidding” in Internet-speak.
Twitter users gasp for breath.
State Dept. tweets signed JK will be hella confusing. "Our talks with the Syrian rebels have broken down … JK"—

now State Department tweets are gonna be like "this was a terrible tragedy – JK lol"—

If John Kerry's tweets are actually signed "-JK" how will we know when he's just making one of his famous witty jests?—

Keep the mock-tastic tweets coming, Twitter. And speaking of “witty jests,” Kerry arrived at the State Department this morning.
Of course, he was late.
Way to start off your tenure, Secretary of State Kerry. Ah, if only the State Department would come out and say, “That whole Secretary of State Kerry thing? JK!”
Update: The mockery just keeps getting better and better.
