He doesn’t indicate it in his tweet, but we assume Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is talking about the Violence Against Women Act, which is headed for a procedural vote in the Senate tonight to kick off floor debate. Just maybe, though, Reid is arguing for some sort of legislation to speed up background checks and make it easier for women to obtain concealed carry permits.

I hope the Senate’s bipartisan action this week will send a strong message to the House GOP: further partisan delay is unacceptable #VAWA—
