William Shatner and Wil Wheaton are both posting on Reddit tonight. One is about stoned dogs, the other is AMA interest.—

William Shatner beamed down to social news site Reddit tonight — or at least he claims he did. Plenty of celebrities have appeared on the site, usually as a featured guest of an AMA (“Ask me anything”) session. (President Obama took part in an AMA in August.) Shatner was just dropping in, though, and had some convincing to do. How about a screenshot of his iPhone screen? Will that do it?
Ok just trying a test here http://t.co/u6lYdFVh—

@WilliamShatner You could be one of his lackey gopher assistants saying "it's really me" – how would we really KNOW?—

“@WMProf: You could be one of his lackey gopher assistants saying "it's really me" – how would we really KNOW?” Do lackey assts ban?—

@WilliamShatner Touché Captain!—

Shatner had some trouble comprehending Reddit’s “karma” system. It’s so … illogical.
It's giving me a headache. But I have 4 karma points whatever they are so that's +3 from earlier.—
William Shatner (@WilliamShatner) February 01, 2013
@WilliamShatner Reddit's a little bit weird at first. You get +1 karma for each post that you make, then other people up or downvote you—

@TrudiTopham So Fisher's minions can take away my karma? How depressing!—
William Shatner (@WilliamShatner) February 01, 2013
Those Carrie Fisher fans are everywhere causing trouble.
reddit.com/r/startrek/com… I've already got a down vote! Well that's going to deflower my interest.—
William Shatner (@WilliamShatner) February 01, 2013
It's the most ridiculous system I've ever heard. Do you get money for karma at some point?—
William Shatner (@WilliamShatner) February 01, 2013
Karma -12 now—
William Shatner (@WilliamShatner) February 02, 2013
Someone just offered 5 karma points if I replied to them. That's it. I'm done.—
William Shatner (@WilliamShatner) February 02, 2013
@WilliamShatner Maybe it was Carrie Fisher..—
Kevin Wright (@KW_art) February 02, 2013
“@KW_art: @WilliamShatner Maybe it was Carrie Fisher..” Doubtful even she has some class—
William Shatner (@WilliamShatner) February 02, 2013
Wow, William Shatner got tired of Reddit in just 1 hour. x3—
