Some advice now that Anthony Weiner is tweeting again

Anthony Weiner unzipped his Twitter account briefly in November. Today, the disgraced former congressman is back with his first tweet of 2013.

And yes, he still considers himself @RepWeiner.

If we’ve learned anything from Weinergate, it’s this: Do NOT click Weiner’s links without preparing yourself.

And a little advice for Weiner:

Not related to today’s tweet, but man, we love reminding our readers of this:

It never gets old!

i would say who in thier right mind would vote for him for mayor. but they voted for hillary, rangel, and obama, so we know new yorkers are not a very bright bunch.

You could still say your first sentence truthfully. It’s just that there aren’t many “right-minded” people in NYC.

I wonder if New Yorkers figure it is – somehow – better to elect (fill in the blank) who rightfully could and should be behind bars.

The peter tweeter is making a comeback. Don’t count him out – exhibit A: Marion Barry.

Any study regarding political comebacks should definitely be controlled for Marion Barry. D.C. and it’s local politics are about as efff’d as any city’s could possibly be. I mean how else can you explain a sitting mayor being arrested by the FBI, going to prison as a result and upon release, getting reelected mayor. Chicago isn’t even that stupid and their politicians have a well earned reputation for their felonies committed while in office, to say nothing of Illinois governors going from the governor’s mansion directly to a prison cell.

      😉
