Hypocrisy in action: Sen. Dianne Feinstein calls NRA ‘venal’

We have already seen the lengthy list of “assault weapons” Sen. Dianne Feinstein wants outlawed. Now, she has directly accused the NRA of being corrupt.

She made these comments in an interview with CNN’s Candy Crowley:

“The NRA is venal. They come after you, they put together large amounts of money to defeat you,” she said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “They did this in ’93, and they intend to continue it.”

Imagine a senator, much less a Democrat, accusing another entity of being corrupt. The irony.

Millions of law-abiding NRA members are corrupt, but Washington is not?

Didn’t Ms. Feinstein have a Concealed Carry Permit for a .38 snub nosed revolver (A dreaded “Saturday Night Special”!) after the Harvey Milk fiasco and its laughable “Twinkie Defense” thrust her into the political spot light?

    Just askin’.

And she received the ‘proper training’ that she bragged about in a firearms safety course created by?

I believe at one point she was either the only woman with or the only person with, a ccw in the city of SF.

I think venal its synonyms and all related words could be used to describe Feinstein.

Venal means that a person is able to be bribed.

If that’s the case, where’s my loot?

There appears to be MUCH enthusiasm for obtaining copious personal details,
when the Progressive Socialists seek gun control.
By contrast, when it comes to minimally verifying those voting…well, THAT is racist.

I agree will feinstein’s bill. I and my fell Americans are the government. I demand that our employees, the elected, disarm immediately. Start with that twit feinstein.

If it really only necessary to have just 7 bullets to stop a criminal then each guard in the Capitol should have just one. You can be certain that more than 7 guards will confront a potential criminal that trespasses those hallowed halls.

And that’s what I pay the NRA for.
