Awww, was David Plouffe getting lonely? Just a day after leaving his gig as senior adviser to President Obama, Plouffe dedicated his gushing first tweet to Sen. Tom Harkin, the Iowa Democrat who announced earlier that he will not seek re-election in 2014. He followed up with two more tweets:
@davidaxelrod Just posted my first tweet on same subject. Harkin 2014 steak fry a must do.—

While Plouffe’s account is not yet verified, Politico reported the account was genuine and he was quickly welcomed by the Obama gang.

Plouffe wasted no time in following Axe, Pfeiffer, Jay Carney and of course, the Lightbringer himself. Next up? Faithful lapdog Chuck Todd.
