We admit it: Twitchy’s crush on Rob Lowe just keeps getting stronger. We were worried when he quoted California Gov. Jerry Brown on fiscal discipline, but we knew there had to be more — and there was.
Love the sentiment, but a little late as his new tax rates send California job creators fleeing.—
