In two votes tonight, the Senate approved modest reforms which are intended to help break the gridlock in Washington and move legislation through Congress more quickly.
Sounds good, doesn’t it? The move was applauded by President Obama.
Other liberals weren’t so happy with the Senate Majority Leader. For once, Speaker John Boehner wasn’t the one on Capitol Hill being accused of caving.
Don’t look at us … we didn’t vote for him.
