Ellen DeGeneres gives Beyoncé some Twitter love

For its part, the White House remains “mum.”

Oh noes! Beyoncé’s alleged Inauguration Day lip-syncing causes frenzy

Oh dear: Some people are upset that Beyoncé chose to ‘lip sing’ on Inauguration Day

I honestly don’t think it’s a big deal. She sand over her own pre recorded voice. It’s not like she lip synched to someone else’s voice. I’m more concerned about the state of this country.

Agreed. Milli-Vanilli she isn’t. That girl definitely has the pipes.

It’s not a big deal compared to the country. But it IS a big deal for singers because studio recordings are sweetened to correct flaws. Pitch, tone, extending notes longer than the singer is able to do. (and you see her cut them short in the lip synch).

It gives her an unfair advantage over Clarkson (who took heat for being drowned out a bit by the LIVE band) and Taylor and any OTHER live performer. Everybody knows she’s not a BAD singer but she’s NOT what she sounded like.

IMO it was NOT too cold to sing at 40 degrees and of ALL things, ushering in a “new” President should not be done with deception. While totally appropriate for the Composite In Chief it’s smarmy to NOT admit it BEFORE doing it.

Many singers don’t trust their Live performances either because sometimes technical difficulties make them sound crappy on TV when in real life they were fine. Too bad, it goes with the territory.

Funny how Liberals are all about “fairness” until their cronies need “support”.
