US stationing B-2 stealth bombers in Guam; Reaction to North Korean nuke tests?

The U.S. Pacific Command has announced that a pair of its B-2 Spirit stealth bombers are being temporily stationed in Guam. Normally, these birds live in Missouri, so it’s quite a move.

There are a number of possible explanations for the shift, but we couldn’t help but wonder if it was connected to some other news today.

Any military buffs care to comment? Is this standard procedure, or is there some tactical significance to this?
