By contrast, Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis got very emotional during the Anthem. Maybe a little too emotional for some peoples’ tastes:

Quite a few Twitter users found it hard to take joy in Lewis’ emotional moment. They have not forgiven Lewis for his involvement in a fatal stabbing 13 years ago.
