Actor Ken Wahl prays for Benghazi families, blasts Obama for ignoring former marine jailed in Mexico

Ken Wahl is another rare actor who won’t toe the leftist Hollyweird line. Today, he took to Twitter (unverified account) to pray for the families of the four Americans killed in Benghazi. He also tweeted out an interview he did with, in which he rightly blasted President Obama for abandoning former marine Jon Hammar, who was jailed in Mexico.

Shameful, indeed. Twitter users weigh in.

More from the interview:

And my knee-jerk reaction was … this kind of thing happens because other countries do not respect us anymore. I think they know that Obama wasn’t gonna do anything. And of course that played out to be true, where Obama said he couldn’t do anything about it. What, are you kidding me?

Graham: Until … enough people squawked and made a noise and [the story] went viral.

Wahl: Until the pressure got so great, that it had to be done. And that’s one thing I tweeted this morning … big government is so inefficient or so unwilling to things that are really important, but we the people were able to get this guy out.

Precisely. As Twitchy reported, Hammar was finally released when pressure was put on by citizens, Fox News and Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-Fla.).

Twitter users are giving Mr. Wahl rave reviews.

Yes. More of this, please.

Simply put…No way this marine could pass for Obammy’s son…

Not that The Messengers (MSM) will pay any attention to this interview, but any voice speaking the truth publicly is a plus.

BTW, not only did BHO not lift a finger to help Jon Hammar while he was imprisoned, but he couldn’t even make a Fluke-like phone call (according to his father).

The Marxist media and Obama’s government czars have no time for common citizens in danger from foreign threats and in need of their government’s powers of protection. Congress is a pen of hogs rooting over the trough, willing and able to consume citizens in a single bite. The tens of thousands of military men & women being killed, mangled, and traumatized by war in Afghanistan & elsewhere are being sacrificed for Obama’s “good war” & a Congressional political agenda detrimental to America’s safety. Our best, the warriors of the Special Warfare command, are being ground into combat-weary and exhausted men after repeated extended deployments into a Godless and hellish land intent on killing them every minute of every day they are there. The constant and real fear of death takes a toll that is cumulative with each deployment. We The People have a rogue government exerting unConstitutional powers against us. When will We have enough of it?

I’d love to see us get angry about the imprisonment of the Pakistani doctor who helped the CIA locate OBL, and who was outed because Obama couldn’t keep his mouth shut, wanting that ‘bump’ in his ratings. We give $Billions to Pakistan while they work against us. If we had a President who wasn’t pro-Muslim, he would use that as a hammer to get Shakeel Afridi out. However, it appears that our Dear Leader has thrown him under the bus, just like everyone else he doesn’t need any more.

Causing, maybe a PRIVATE rescue utilizing former military assets and circumventing central authority………Yeah, I know…….treason and all. But I can still think about it. Need a neutral country to drop Shakeel off in, some planning to do, but its winter and I got time. Time to work the phone.

Yes there was at one time I recall a $25Million reward for information that would lead to the capture of Osama bin Laden. Not only did this brave man not receive that reward he sits in a Pakistani prison – left out to dry by Barack Obama. This Pakistani doctor is no different than the rest of us that Obama screws over. Ok, he’s got it worse for now in a Third World jail. But through Obama’s policies we’ll be soon catching up to him.

Mr. Wahl has had his issues in the past with substance abuse but I am glad to see he seems to have gotten it together. Unfortunately, he has opened himself to the left bringing it back up. Though I am not religious, I believe in redemption and rehabilitation. I wish him well.

Ken was great in Wiseguy, the best show of the 80’s.

  • ^-^

    Thank you Ken Wahl!!!

Obama didn’t care about our Marine jailed in Mexico just as he doesn’t care about our Marines anywhere on the planet. That’s a given. How is it newsworthy at this point?

  • HARP2

Always liked Ken. Glad to see he is on our side.

  • rennyangel2

Wow. From an actor, too. Thank you, and I hope your words are heard throughout the nation.

Headline should read: FORMER actor Ken Wahl. Because he’s unlikely to get any gigs in Hollywood after this little outburst.

Ken Wahl the “Wiseguy” guy? What was the last thing he was in? Methinks he needs some publicity.
