Yep, Barney Frank wants to head back to Washington as an interim U.S. Senator to replace Sen. John Kerry. He’s already reached out to Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick and Andrea Mitchell is so psyched she’s whipping out the exclamation point for “Senator Barney!”
