Florida Sen. Marco Rubio has been known to quote Jay-Z, and he even found himself entangled in a Pitbull vs. Tupac debate. Tonight the tables are turned, though, as Atlanta-based rapper Big Boi follows Rubio’s lead on the Mayan apocalypse. Just 6 minutes after Rubio issued his take, Big Boi weighed in with his own tweet. Coincidence?
Well, yes, it’s just a coincidence. Followers of both men had a similar response, though.
With the Mayan apocalypse on so many minds, Rubio and Big Boi aren’t the only ones remembering Matthew 24:36.
