The race to succeed Senator-designate Tim Scott in Congress got a whole lot more interesting tonight. According to CNN, none other than disgraced former Governor Mark Sanford will seek the seat. Given the governor’s history of taxpayer-funded Argentinian peccadilloes, we’re not sure who told him that this is a good idea, but Twitter was happy to inform him that it isn’t.
