Thank you Gov. Corbett for refusing PA Obamacare exchange. We STILL don't know what's in that bill!

Republican Governor Tom Corbett announced today that he will not be pursuing a state-based Obamacare insurance exchange. In doing so, Pennsylvania becomes the latest of more than 20 states to take a stand against Obamacare and for the taxpayers.
In his letter to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Corbett cites too much uncertainty and a lack of solid information from HHS about what a state-based exchange would entail.
In letter to Sec. Sebelius, Gov. Corbett wrote that "too many unknowns" remain for state to plan accordingly #ACA—

PA Gov. Corbett on exchanges: "Too many unknowns with too little time, not enough flexibility and too high a cost to our taxpayers.”—

His office also released a statement that reiterated his commitment to the citizens of Pennsylvania:
Healthcare reform is too important to be achieved through haphazard planning. Pennsylvania taxpayers and businesses deserve more. They deserve informed decision making and a strong plan that responsibly uses taxpayer dollars.
Therefore, I have decided not to pursue a state-based health insurance exchange at this time. It would be irresponsible to put Pennsylvanians on the hook for an unknown amount of money to operate a system under rules that have not been fully written.
Corbett is doing his job and protecting the interests of his constituents. In addition to the host of unanswered questions from HHS and overall shadiness of Obamacare, promised federal funding for a state-based exchange would be temporary, and Pennsylvania taxpayers would eventually be left with an enormous financial burden. Conservatives are commending him for his decision:
