If your taxes go up, Republicans will have made a conscious choice to let that happen: OFA.BO/Hn4H5E

President Barack Obama is showing his willingness to compromise on the fiscal cliff by preemptively blaming Republicans’ “conscious choice” to let taxes on the middle class go up. In a Tuesday afternoon tweet — 20 days before the so-called fiscal cliff — President Obama blamed Republicans for something that hasn’t happened yet.
Obama then linked to his campaign website where a letter from Stephanie Cutter, Obama’s former campaign deputy manager, encourages citizens to “pick up the phone” to help the President’s fiscal cliff campaign.
Is the campaign over yet? Well, some Tweeters called him out.
