Oh, yes, he did. President Obama said that in Burma yesterday. He also said this.
Pres #Obama: To protect the freedom of all voters, those in power must accept constraints… Everyone in America is "equal under the law."—

#Obama: I appoint some of the Judges but that does not make me above the law nor subvert their judgement.—

Stop! Our knees hurt from slapping them in fits of giggles! Could he possibly have said that with a straight face? Hey, Obama isn’t just a leader, though. He’s a Sun-God, what with being the “light and the future” and all. Totally different. Putting law above leaders is just for pesky mortals and stuff.
I want to remind Obama's White House that the Constitution isn't an out-of-date document, but quite relevant, & you're not above the law—

@gretawire We will never know the truth. Just like in Fast & Furious & Intel. leaks. Obama is above the law and has no moral compass.—

Maybe you need to run roughshod over the law, to find out what’s in the law?
Twitter users call him out on this “practice what you preach” irony, and rightfully so.

@markknoller what great irony, from a man who absolutely ignores any US laws that get in his way.—

@milesdigby @markknoller I understand that and I'm glad we're feeding people who need it. I just believe BHO thinks he's above the law.—
