On November 3, Governor Christie implemented an odd-even gas rationing system in New Jersey following Hurricane Sandy. As of tomorrow morning, the rationing order will be lifted.
The Odd/Even system has been very successful. It reduced anxiety and created order at the gas lines.—

Last Friday, odd-evening rationing was put into place in New York City as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
