Kudos, Team Romney, for stepping up immediately to try to aid those in harm’s way. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with all in the storm’s path.

I agree. This is a good example why Romney deserves to replace Obama. Too bad the left will try to twist this and make it look negative though.

      • bumpkin

Yes, of course they will. However, the family’s record shows they do this even when NOT in a campaign. People of the LDS faith spend time working for relief efforts, and the ladies of their Relief Society build hygiene kits for crisis-living folk and also make quilts sometimes for them. Serving others is one of the main tenets of the LDS faith.

        • ObamaPelosi

Can’t wait for the best man ever to be our president!

          President Romney!!!

          • Agarnier

Wrong on both counts. He’s neither presidential nor manly.

        • Agarnier

They certainly do anything to keep from paying taxes.

      • Agarnier

Well lets face it, with his cash it’s pretty chintzy to offer Republican busses. Least he can do is get out of Ohio and help with his tax savings.

    • SARAH TAILS

This is a horrible example and actually hindering the real relief efforts! A real life example of good intentions gone wrong: The Joplin, MO tornado of May 22, 2011

The Indiana Department of Homeland Security under Republican Governor Mitch Daniels, had been asked to spread the word that unsolicited goods and volunteers are hindering the effectiveness of response and recovery efforts in Joplin, Missouri.

Emergency responders in Missouri say that critical resources and personnel in the affected area are being redirected from the important work of response and relief to managing what has become a deluge of unneeded donated items and independent volunteers.

The single best way to help disaster survivors is with a cash donation to a legitimate relief agency, such as the American Red Cross, operating in the area.

      • http://www.facebook.com/john.hanover.35 John Hanover

You don’t think he wouldn’t be cooperating and coordinating with them? I get your point and it is valid but with all the technology and the security I am sure they can properly carry out what needs to be done and with the bus they can easily load it up with needed supplies. The Red Cross, FEMA, and all others I am sure will be working with the local authorities and the National Guard.

        • SARAH TAILS

This is a direct quote from the Red Cross website: “Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints the Red Cross does not accept or solicit individual donations or collections of items. Items such as collected food, used clothing and shoes must be sorted, cleaned, repackaged and transported which impedes the valuable resources of money, time, and personnel.”

          • http://twitter.com/angelcandy54 candy martin

That’s individual donations, it doesn’t say anything about individuals helping out!

          • SARAH TAILS

” or collections of items. Items such as collected food”

          • bumpkin

          • bumpkin

…and money is much more delicious, as it helps our management greatly…”

          • David Atherton

So the Red Cross is the authority on disaster relief? They do a good job, but by no means shuld they be the only help those people get. You sound like a socal worker who doesn’t want welfare people to work because you want them dependant on the government.

          • idalily

Yes, it’s so much more efficient to pay the Red Cross CEO a crapload of money to direct operations.

          • http://twitter.com/mkfuqua613 Mary K Fuqua

If you knew much about the red cross you would know they have had controversey within their organization. There website is not the Bible for donating, unless, of course, you are trying to justify an unjustifiable partisan position.

The operative word is “government…” they have to be the ones getting all the credit. Surely you can’t mean that ANY volunteer effort is superfluous? As in We’re the government, we’re here to help. I would be running in the opposite direction!

          • http://twitter.com/angelcandy54 candy martin

Exactly! God forbid individuals take it upon themselves to help their fellow American.

          • bumpkin

applause, applause! Government is NOT yo mamma! Actually, if the government can “hire” a member company of the military mega-supply cartel, to do “relief efforts” for a ton of taxpayer’s money, the government guides (who chose their particular co.) get HUGE campaign donations for the next elections…

You really should read this book: A Paradise Built in Hell; It might change your persepective. While cash donations are very helpful, it also talks about how large organizations often get in the way of REAL help.

        • SARAH TAILS

Exactly my point. A legitimate relief agency. Last I checked, Mitt Romney is not a legitimate relief agency…

          • http://twitter.com/angelcandy54 candy martin

He might not be a ”legitimate relief agency” but at least he’s doing something to help. What’s Obama doing?? NOTHING! As usual.

          • SARAH TAILS

My point is that he’s not doing something to help. If he wanted to do something to help, he would direct his followers to donate to legitimate agencies that can efficiently and effectively help!

            c. Spoken like a true Statist Bureaucrat. Comrade Stalin is proud of you!

          • bumpkin

Well, Obama DID direct his “followers” (eeek!) to send him their wedding gifts and birthday presents. (OMIGOSH! Is this the biggest Jonestown-gang – aka ‘followers’ you have ever IMAGINED? -Kool-ade, anyone?) OK. Drama and joking aside, the difference between Sarah and me is that I ‘follow’ GOD/Jesus, and ONLY GOD/Jesus. Sarah, follow whomever you truly believe in. Sweetie, you go donate to the Red Cross, and we will each do what we feel is the best way to help. That is what freedom really is. I could just hug you! Your innocence has made my morning!

Why is Obama taking resources away from the recovery effort? Do you know how many military and police it takes to let Obama tour the area? How about how much in tax payer funds it takes? Difference Obama (Govt) “let me help you so you worship and need us”

Romney “lets help one another….neighbor to neighbor” enjoy your Obamade….4 more days.

          • bumpkin

You’re wrong, Sarah Democrat. As I just said, its part of the Romney’s Church teachings to prepare to help those who need help. He has been doing this all his life. Tell you what, instead of sitting here at your computer, earning money from the other campaign by trying to make Mitt Romney and family look stupid, which they are not, why don’t YOU go do something to help someone else, instead of trying to hurt someone? I know it doesn’t pay much, but the rewards are something money cannot buy…

          • Agarnier

No one has to make Mitt Romney look stupid. He can do that better than anyone all by himself.

          • Woman CEO

Switch to another TV news channel–one that will show you what he actually did say, which was to encourage others to donate to the Red Cross. Is that legitimate enough?

          • favsis5bros

He did change out his link to donate to his campaign with a link to donate to Red Cross…..does that count?

          • AMSilver

He wouldn’t do that. His campaign advisors have actually come up with a brilliant alternative: they’re setting up a website where, instead of donating to hurricane relief efforts, you can donate to his campaign! They’re writing an email to send out to supporters in the path of the hurricane, asking them to tell everyone they know that they don’t want relief supplies – they would rather have that money donated to Obama. Also, a great suggestion to be provided: tell your insurance company that instead of writing a check for any settlement money to the owner of the policy, it should just go straight to Obama’s campaign! Brilliant!

          • David Atherton

We aren’t “followers”. We are supporters. Followers belong to a cult, such as Obama voters. Is it not possible for the Romney camp to relay the donated goods to “legitimate” organizations? As usual, a stupid lib believes that good can only be done by the government.

          • idalily

Please point us to the complaints from “real” agencies of Mitt Romney getting in their way and specifically how he is impeding their efforts and I will concede the point. Until then, go Mitt!

          • Agarnier

He doesn’t direct his followers. He’s not the god Romney thinks himself to be. He directs the business of relief support for the whole country and I guarantee you it will be a lot better than the Republican screwup in New Orleans.

          • AngryConservativeAsianDude

Who knows? Maybe Obambi had already sent in drones to “monitor” the situation so that he can view in the Situation Room. As for actual help though…

          • Agarnier

Obama is president, fool. He is the go to guy who will wear this, good or bad. If I know Obama, it will be a lot better than chintzy Republican buses screwing up the relief effort. Or, is that the fool Romney’s intent? Sounds about right for an anti-Obama Republican.

          • Joanne Long

aww so any help is no good unless it’s your way?

You Democrats constantly carp about “heartless” Republicans. A Republican shows some heart, and you condemn him for “not doing it right.”

…somehow, I think you’d be singing a different tune if this was ’08 and Obama’s bus.

        • http://twitter.com/angelcandy54 candy martin

If she were in the path of Sandy (Sarah Tails), she’d probably be the first in line at Romney’s bus for supplies.

I AM in the path of Sandy, and I’m not anywhere near Romney’s bus!

          • Joanne Long

      • http://twitter.com/angelcandy54 candy martin

From someone that went through hurricane Katrina I can tell you that ANY help is appreciated. When we were able to take goods into Mississippi within 5 days of the storm to help people without water, food etc it helped them a great deal.

      • Joanne Long

I don,t buy that all the way. Romney has said today to help these people in harms way is to donate to the red cross. Sorry you are non-productive harbanger.

      • CalCon10

You mean, the same Red Cross that wasted thousands of pints of donated blood after 9/11 — blood they knew could never possibly be used.

      • bumpkin

Sarah, I can tell you are young and a true democrat. SO innocent! ABSOLUTELY EVERY “legitimate relief agency” misuses their funds and are rife with theft. While I cherish your young innocence (or else you are working as a funds-liaison for the “legitimate relief agencies) and your trust in mankind, I would mother you for just a moment, and remind you that, through their church, the Romneys are VERY well-versed in crisis-assistance. They wont bring “unneeded donations” as you fear. They will actually get their gloves on, and say, “HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” to people who are homeless after the storm, to people who have a TON of trash to remove from their destroyed property, and to people who are heartbroken from the loss of so much of their lives. Keep in mind that while he is doing that, the REST of his Church are gearing-up to help, also. They don’t wait till after the storm to get ready. They prepare before a crisis. Its part of their Church’s basic beliefs.

      • Roger Thibault

The American Red Cross CEO is paid 500.000 / year. The United Way CEO – $1,037,140 / year. Salvation Army CEO – between $79,389 and $243,248. Unicef CEO – $201,351 / year. Don’t forget all the staff members, workers, drivers, etc of these organizations all get their paychecks BEFORE any leftover money goes to the people that need it. I refuse to ‘Donate Cash’ to these organizations when they stick most of it into their own pockets. Churches like the LDS DONATE their time and supplies to the needy, not skim most of it off the top and leave the dregs for the poor. Romney has a history of working without pay and has promised to donate his full paycheck as President to charity. Obama, on the other hand, gives Tax Payer funds to his pet ‘Green’ companies who donate back to his campaign coffers, go bankrupt and disappear. You can keep your, ‘legitimate relief agency’, ie, government company. I’ll donate canned goods to the church who will send it to those who need it without charge.

      • iaintlyin

Sarcasm here…..Yeah, send cash. Gotta believe you got some left lisp to your gait. Don’t go directly to those in need, send cash, this way it can be distributed evenly before the final pennies get to its designees.
Believe me, a car load of goods is gonna help the ones that need it faster than donating to some liberal,” i’ll take my cut off the top for doing the left wing organization”.
I trust none of the organizations, I repeat, none of ’em. Organize a trip to the wanton area packed with goods you gather from other concerned Americans in your community and take a ride to the areas in need in a few days. Donating cash to a middle man, not in todays day and age, sorry. If you live in another part of the country, save your money, time and effort, Mother Nature will be visiting your area soon enough.

      • http://www.facebook.com/amanda.burnside11 Amanda Burnside

The situation is Joplin is completely different than with Hurricane Sandy. It’s not a horrible example and it isn’t hindering with relief efforts. Your comparing apples and oranges.

      • Damian

Keep looking for the assistance from the government, people help people not some unknown unaccountable agency.

      • favsis5bros

I am sure that the Romney team will research exactly where these items will be requested and needed. It’s not like he’s going to just dump them off somewhere….

        • http://twitter.com/ridenhourdeb deborah ridenhour

They will probably align with the Church and Red Cross. The LDS Church probably has boots on the ground waiting for the rest to show up…they did in Hurricane Charlie. While other organizations were planning, they handed out water, food and went door to door in organized groups with chainsaws and man power to clear fallen trees and tarp roofs. They asked nothing just helping their fellow man.

          • idalily

Yep. I live in a heavily LDS state, and in any crisis, they are the first on the scene to offer help in any way possible. They are incredibly generous people.

Typical liberal thinking. Don’t get your hands dirty helping/solving problems, just sit back and find fault with everyone who pitches in to help/solve the problem. I am from Oklahoma (more tornados than Joplin) and I can tell you from experience – help IS appreciated after a large disaster. A mother won’t turn down formula/diapers for her child when the red cross hasn’t shown up. In fact, I would say she would appreciate it greatly. Despite what you think, you do not speak for everyone. In fact, I would venture to guess you do not speak for MOST people in the path of the storm. All help is appreciated by MOST people. You say your message was not partisan, but it is obvious by your words that it is!

There were photographs of Obama on the golf course when the decision was made to raid the compound. http://www.whitehousedossier.com/2011/05/01/obama-golfs-weekend-row/ Reports are that Obama had to be figuratively be dragged off the golf course and told to go to the Situation Room. Notice how everyone else is dressed in the infamous photo he likes to show? Obama is in a polo shirt and the rest are in business casual attire. They don’t dare report or show the footage of him being on a golf course an hour prior. The SEALs did an excellent job in the raid despite Obama. They had known for months and had a replica of the compound to perform drills. Obama kept procrastinating and the decision was made despite his cowardice.

The most benign outcome of this debacle (Benghazi) will be that the administration was grossly incompetent.

At some point, all the “I didn’t know about that” excuses lead one to believe that the POTUS doesn’t have any idea what the people under him are doing. That alone is a reason not to vote for him.

        • TKeenan

MeLH, I believe that your second paragraph may really be the case, judging by the number of daily briefings he skips. I looked over his schedule for the interval from Sep 11 through this weekend. It shows that he has spent the majority of his time campaigning and on virtually nothing else of any substance. That is worse than incompetence, that is negligence.

Did you ever stop to think through your post? I realize you’re just a liberal parrot trying to earn a cracker, but good God, suggesting that a sitting president didn’t have access to critical information (which his own subordinates are saying they had immediately) is one of the most idiotic deflections yet. Have you ever heard of a time when no one could reach the President for 8 straight hours before? It’s been proven that he had a meeting with Biden and Petraeus at 5 PM. Maybe they were busy playing cards or something.

      • JoAnn

Please-everything went straight to the situation room. Personally I would almost rather know that he made the decision not to help than the fact that the administration is so incompetent the major players weren’t there. Flash signals go to situation room.

      • JoAnn

Unfortunately the only thing that Americans are left to think, because no major principal will explain to their bosses, the American public, is that a no go decision was made because it would look bad for his campaign. He has been “spiking the football” about bin Laden and the fact that “al Queda is on the run and weakening.” Agreeing to more security earlier and sending in American troops to help would nay-say all the lies that he has been spouting for a year. Anyone with any sense knows that terrorist groups disband as one name and then reform under another-kinda like Acorn.

      • Penmar

No, we didn’t because any one with any military experience understands the chain of command and there is absolutely no way if Obama gave the command to secure our people like he said he did the other day that the command beneath him would not follow that order. (And this coming after 4 weeks of insisting it was due to a youtube video that most of us had never heard of before the attack in Benghazi). They knew in real time from unarmed drone video exactly what was going on over there. The State Dept Officials testified to this in Congress. There are emails which show who knew what and when they knew it, including the situation room in the WH. This attack went on for almost 8 hours. There is no way the President of the US would not have been informed of what was going on in Benghazi. And if you insist he still didn’t know then the only conclusion one can come to is that he’s completely incompetent and not deserving of holding the Office of President of the United States, because it is his job to know when we are being attacked and to deal with it.

      • Tony Wilson

Really??? But it wasn’t a terror incident…it was a riot caused by a video…no, wait, it was a terror attack..um, …no it was a terror attack planned in advance to coincide with a riot about a video that was released months ago…

Media sources are placing Mr. Obama in the WH Situation Room, watching the attack live from drones. The command to stand down probably most certainly came from him. It does make me want to “PUKE” that he watched Americans die.

      • 2ndlantern

Honestly, Celestiallady, do you really, in your heart of hearts, believe in your own question? If so, you must not agree with candidate Obama’s comment at last debate that our troops and leaders use technology to serve in an ultra modern era when information and defensive fighter power is available to all appropriate personnel including the president (paraphrased)

      • LC1987

He had access it’s just whether he chose to monitor the situation or if he had made it clear that there was a DO NOT DISTURB sign out on his private quarters in the White House, hate to tell you this but as Commander-In-Chief he is the TOP military position he doesn’t get to hang a do not disturb sign he is always on call for situations like this and if he was uninformed it’s because of HIS OWN policies and orders HE HAS PUT OUT. You obviously have never been in charge of anything.,

      • my preciousss!!

be an informed pundit. stop and THINK before you post. obama is no president of some 3rd world african nation…still using rotary phone. he did have real-time access of benghazi while it burned! and with the snap of a finger, he could have ordered a rescue op. but he CHOSE NOT TO. that’s the key to this argument.

      • Adela Wagner

It may be a good idea if you would stop watching abc, nbc, msnbc etc. And actually watch “Faux” News. Even though they are FAKE, they seem to be the only consistent channel that has brought what is going on to light. Well the Blaze TV also, but I KNOW that’s pushing your liberal sensitivities TOO far to suggest you even go there. Brett Baier has the most excellent coverage of the time line, officials, witnesses and commentary of anything you have most probably run across. The biased media is NOT reporting on this. So before you throw an opinion out there, why not go look at something with some substance first, because your comment had none. No wonder I saw a young woman on TV when asked about Benghazi say “Ben Who”.

      • Gallatin

The simple fact that they tried to blame a “youtube” video for the attack says all I need to know. Now you run along and drink some more herb tea and worship the sun. Leave discussions like this to the adults.

Although, if you are an “Obama follower” you would naturally have to tell yourself that in order to keep drinking the koolade. ImPOTUS DID have the information, as per the emails. As I was reading I was watching a live feed of Romney at another event in OH and within first 2-3 sentences he asked for thoughts and prayers for those in the storm’s path. I hope the entire eastern seaboard can fit in that bus if Romney/Ryan get the chance to slash the FEMA budget.

    • conservativechick

HAHAHAH Who said he would SLASH the FEMA budget? The OBAMA PHONE budget maybe.

      • Purple State

It’s true he’s never specified any of his budget cuts — he simply won’t answer the question — but we know he plans to cut non-entitlement non-defense spending by about 80%. (From 12 percent of GDP to 3.5 over next decades.) So it simply has to be cut for the math to work out. By a lot.

        • Owen007

You’re concerned about Romney not specifying any of his budget cuts or answering questions? Where’s your concern over Obama not offering any specifics or answers period? Or does a pamphlet somehow suffice?

By the way, thank you for confirming that you made up crap about Romney that you can’t back up with the slightest ounce of proof. “Oh, he might do this!” Well, there’s the smoking gun, huh?

That’s because there are NO specifics. As they said in the debates, the specifics will be developed jointly with the Democrats.

BTW, where in the Constitution, besides supposedly in the General Welfare Clause, is FEMA authorized? If anything, to prevent overconsolidation of power and increase efficiency, there should be privately-networked SEMAs (STATE Emergency Management Associations).

Yah, we are ALL aware of that! No thanks he’s STROKED enough!

      • Higgsparticle

you know disaster relief is immoral (Romney)…so this would be considered another flip

        • Sheerie Knoll

You don’t know what you are talking about. You may want to become informed about the Mormon Church, and it’s relief preparations. As a life long memeber and a Bishop, preparing for relief would be the first thing he would think of, and get it done.

          • Higgsparticle

Romney made the comment. become informed

          • BigTBoom

For those who want to form their own opinion of this “immoral” comment, here’s further context of this reference from a Republican debate earlier this year:
            ————
JOHN KING: Governor Romney? You’ve been a chief executive of a state. I was just in Joplin, Missouri. I’ve been in Mississippi and Louisiana and Tennessee and other communities dealing with whether it’s the tornadoes, the flooding, and worse. FEMA is about to run out of money, and there are some people who say do it on a case-by-case basis and some people who say, you know, maybe we’re learning a lesson here that the states should take on more of this role. How do you deal with something like that?

ROMNEY: Absolutely. Every time you have an occasion to take something from the federal government and send it back to the states, that’s the right direction. And if you can go even further and send it back to the private sector, that’s even better.

Instead of thinking in the federal budget, what we should cut — we should ask ourselves the opposite question. What should we keep? We should take all of what we’re doing at the federal level and say, what are the things we’re doing that we don’t have to do? And those things we’ve got to stop doing, because we’re borrowing $1.6 trillion more this year than we’re taking in. We cannot…

            KING: Including disaster relief, though?

ROMNEY: We cannot — we cannot afford to do those things without jeopardizing the future for our kids. It is simply immoral, in my view, for us to continue to rack up larger and larger debts and pass them on to our kids, knowing full well that we’ll all be dead and gone before it’s paid off. It makes no sense at all.

            ————-
In reading this, Romney actually introduces the term immoral in a broader context of excessive spending and its effect on our future generations, not just specific disaster relief.

          • Francis Arsenic

Perhaps HiggsBozo regrets suggesting we become informed? (I doubt it.) Thanks for the context, BigTBoom. Nice work.

          • BigTBoom

I have to admit, it was that snide “become informed” comment that motivated me.

        • redheadgrl

Please learn the difference between charity and government programs. Thanks.

    • Owen007

Yeah, Obama can do a lot with the stroke of a pen – wreck the economy, cost America its AAA credit rating, sign checks for one failing solar company after another, deny security in hostile regions, refuse to allow the military to intervene to save lives. Lots of stuff.

    • rivers

Yep. The stroke of a pen, that’s all he has to do, and bam, an undefended embassy in danger of attack would have gotten proper security. Forget the pen, just saying the word while watching a firefight live in real time and four Americans would still be alive today.

    • Francis Arsenic

Only thing Obama strokes is his tiny ego.

If anyone ever tells you that writing in a candidate is a wasted vote, tell them they do not understand our Democracy.
Writing in RON PAUL 2012 makes sense because Real Christians vote for the right person, not the “lesser of two evils.” Do the right thing and God will take care of the rest.

As a Christian do you really honestly feel comfortable voting for this Mitt Romney? My Christian instincts tell me otherwise. Do the right thing and trust in God.

There you have it per @Shreve. That’s how the Dems are going to play it. Mitt Romney using a possible tragedy to gain votes. Probably mad because they didn’t think of it themselves. Wonder when the Prez is going to roll out *his* campaign bus? Dueling buses! Gotta love it.

      • $17227379

That bus showing up somewhere with Romney/Ryan plastered on the side of it, and it’s not a ploy to gain votes?

And if Obeyme showed up on other than official presidential business, it would be a ploy to gain votes.

        • Lovetorun2

Did it every occur to you @Shreve that using the bus is probably one of the best way to transport a lot of supplies at once? Sometimes people helping people is just that…people helping people!!

obama has been giving speeches saying this is going to be a bad storm… obama is so worried that this could be a devistating hurricane to NYC and PHILI 9 days before election.. and if people dont get power on until 2 days before the election, could be upset at the federal response and aid.. NOT TO MENTION EARLY VOTING IN THE CITY WILL HALT. this could give more weight to rural PA… GO VOTE.. and if mitt is going out and doing AID himself… obama must be crapping his pants

Romney calls for us to keep the people in the storm’s path on our minds and in our hearts. Obama gives out his web addres for people to find out how to do early voting for him before the storm hits. Compare and contrast.

    • JeanaKHC

Ha! I just went to O’s campaign website to see what it might say about hurricane. I got a “security warning” saying “There are problems with the security certificate for this site. This certificate is not from a trusted authority.” Truer words were never spoken!

What a class act. What an example of leadership on Romney’s part. A private sector mentality— “Government get out of the way, we’ll do it!” Citizens volunteering to help those in need. No FEMA or government intervention. FEMA will probably get involved two weeks after the storms pass and only when people are begging for help! Romney has a leadership mindset.

I see DeFazio of Oregon is advertising heavily, on all the conservative sites! .. he is a complete FRAUD, a FAR left Obama sycophant, and is the subject of a huge campaign violation lawsuit right now! He’s been running billboards that have obscured his identification, which are making statements as though they are his opponent Art Robinson’s statements!

    http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=28492359

A link to PICTURES of his deceptive billboards is found in the above story.

Art Robinson of Oregon is an INCREDIBLE person, a man of amazing accomplishments and INTEGRITY, an inventor and scientist and family man!! Please, anyone in Oregon–vote for him, and repudiate the sleazy lying campaign of Peter DeFazio! The DFL and ‘undecideds’ should be infuriated with his unbelievable behavior, which can only be the actions of a desperate man to hang onto his lost lead in his hope for re election. He’s done and over the hill, from a political standpoint! Put him out to pasture.

I am not from Oregon, but that doesn’t matter. I do have relatives there. In spite of that, the NATION should be outraged and REPUDIATE this man for his WELL FUNDED POLITICAL SLEAZINESS and OUTRIGHT LIES.

If anyone has contacts in Oregon, please don’t assume these facts are known by them, as is shown by Robinson’s case research! Get the word of mouth and door to door paper drops going in every community affected by this campaign. This man deserves (if any politically inclined hopeful does) to win a battle such as this, by HONEST DEBATE and on the ISSUES, and not by sleaze and dishonesty, as DeFazio and his millions of campaign dollars is trying to do. http://www.artforcongress.com/about
