Secretary Clinton confirmed that Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith was killed in the terrible attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi that also claimed the life of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and two others.

Smith was reportedly an online gamer and frequent player of EVE Online.
A friend says Smith sent this online chat message:
“(12:54:09 PM) vile_rat: assuming we don’t die tonight. We saw one of our ‘police’ that guard the compound taking pictures.”
