From ‘let me be clear’ to ‘racist’: A beginner’s guide to Obama-speak

The first presidential debate is scheduled for Oct. 3 and the Twitterverse is offering a primer on how to interpret President Obama’s doublespeak and rhetorical tics.

We’re not certain if the Austrian language edition of the #ObamaDictionary will be available before the debates, but Twitter users kindly offered these Obama-to-English translations. They’re such givers.

While many Twitterers shared their translations of Obama’s rhetorical standbys, others appear to have the Obama-sanitized edition of the #ObamaDictionary.

No worries. We’re pretty sure we have a handle on how to speak Obama.
