Buh-bye, Cass Sunstein: Regulatory czar returning to Harvard; Update: Conservatives guess #WhyCassLeft

Another rat deserts the sinking ship.

Politico reports that Cass Sunstein, administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, is headed back to his former post at Harvard Law School at the end of the month.

Most snort-worthy line in the Politico story:

Seriously:

Sunstein became a lightning rod for liberal activists who had hoped the administration would be more aggressive with regulatory policy.

Conservatives aren’t sorry to see Obama’s creepy “nudge” czar go.

Update: The #WhyCassLeft hashtag is born.

Keep ‘em coming!
