Marc T Grove (@mtgrove) July 15, 2012Disgraced former congressman Anthony Weiner, who was forced to resign a year ago amid a scandal stemming from him sending lewd photos to fans via Twitter and Facebook, is actually thinking about running for mayor of New York City in 2013.
From the New York Post:
The disgraced former congressman — who’s sitting on a $4.5 million campaign war chest — is mulling a bid for citywide office next year and “seriously considering” a mayoral run, multiple sources told The Post.

If Weiner does win, it will be difficult for him to measure up to all of Mayor Bloomberg’s accomplishments. Under his watch, New York’s apartments are approaching the size of roach motels and sodas sold cannot be over 16 ounces.
