An inconvenient tweet? Al Gore quickly deletes his retweet of Dana Loesch

Al Gore seems to be a bit trigger-happy when it comes to Twitter. Saturday afternoon, Gore retweeted Dana Loesch’s account of Sen. Sherrod Brown’s rude and dismissive behavior toward her at the Netroots Nation conference.

He called it “Awesome.”

Here’s a screenshot of Gore’s inconvenient retweet:

Damn those pesky screen captures! Since Gore invented the Internet, shouldn’t he realize the Internet never forgets?

More from Loesch:

#AnInconvenientTweet instantly became a popular hashtag.

in reality and despite millions upon millions from Dana’s republican party spent against him, Senator Brown leads the absentee Treasurer in every poll. Even those with special Rasmussen

    • Edward Roberts

Mandel has closed a 14 point gap down to 4 percent. So he went from clearly trailing and incumbent to a statistical “dead heat”…… If that doesn’t scare the hell out of S Brown then he is stupid as well as rude.

Hold the phone! By mentioning Dana Loesch, didn’t Al Gore bestow the hack legitimacy?
