The National Hockey League has suspended Phoenix Coyotes forward Raffi Torres for a hit to the head of Chicago Blackhawks’ Marian Hossa. If the suspension is not served by the end of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, it will be carried over to next season. Reaction has been mixed.
Raffi Torres getting 25 games is wild. I'm not that surprised based on the fact that he's a repeat offender.—

Completely absurd that Raffi Torres was suspended 25 games. I disagree with that decision 100%. Maybe I'm crazy, I wouldn't even suspend him—

Wow nice to see the NHL drop the hammer on Raffi Torres!—

I get "he's Raffi Torres, it's different", but almost everybody I saw thought he'd get 10-15 games. 25 games is still sending a message.—
