Many people called him cocky and arrogant, but the Baltimore Ravens are creating an environment where he probably honestly believes he IS the best in the world.
Ravens will work out Curtis Painter & Kyle Boller at QB. With this around him, no wonder why Joe Flacco thinks he's the best QB in the NFL.—

We really have no logical explanation as to why the Ravens would want to bring back Kyle Boller who was a first round bust for the team. Maybe the Ravens just wanted to give fans something to tweet about?
