Oprah gives ‘Rosie Show’ the boot

Just when you thought you may start to like the new “Rosie Show” on Oprah’s network, “OWN”, it’s being cancelled. Like you can imagine, the Twitter love poured out in anger over it. Problem is, not enough people are angry about it – because not enough people even knew she had a show. Here’s the report from Brian Stelter of the New York Times.

Ah, alas, the real problem here:

What’s Rosie up to tonight? Well, this:

Well, I don’t care.  Never liked her; can’t stand Oprah or opera…The heck with the both of ’em.  Ick and double ick.

I agree with you 100%. Lost respect for Oprah when she endorsed a man for president and had the audacity to say she was a champion of women when the only woman who could have won was shunned by her.

For a woman who was once regarded as the unofficial “Nicest Person on TV”, she’s definitely taken down the public’s perception of her quite a bit.
I don’t wish ill upon any American, so I do hope she lands on her feet and does well elsewhere–albeit, with less animus towards those with whom she doesn’t agree culturally or politically.

Let’s see: a daytime show captained by Ursula the Sea Hag from Little Mermaid. Who would have thought that would fail? http://tinyurl.com/7xkcl9d

Did the fork, knife and spoon make Rosie fat?

Who wants to watch an old has-been lefty? No thanks!
